Friendly staffs but small rooms& bed
Pros:

The only thing I love is the staffs are super friendly and helpful especially the front manager name Jejen. But the room& bed are super small. The location is a bit remote from every where. But at least they have a decent breakfast.

The hotel is far away from the city , bathroom so dirty, leaking faucet and hot water if on n off

Pros:

Aircon fluttered noisily.
No international adaptor plug!i forgot mine and called the reception to ask for one to borrow.
Breakfast is okie. The egg station churns out very good omelettes

Nice and new property away from city.
Pros:

The property is located just opposite to the Jungle fest. Nice view from the back of the hotel where our room was located. We requested for queen bed in Expedia but unfortunately it was not available when we checked in so had to adjust with two single beds joined together. Staff is very polite and helping. We stayed in Superior Double Room and the room is spacious with TV (limited channels), cupboard, reading table and WI-FI.

There was some problem with the toilet as some stinking smell was coming next day morning and it was intolerable. After request to cleaning staff they did there best to make the that stinking smell go away but not 100% succeeded. Also, there were some foul smell coming inside the lifts, should keep air freshener in Lifts and Toilets.

As far as the ambiance of the overall property is very good. Coming to the Restaurant, the food we ordered for dinner was excellent and was prepared fresh. The price was also moderate. Morning buffet breakfast had decent number of items and the taste was good.
