Big thankyou to the front office desk, they are the first people customers meet when coming in, the guy was friendly and kind and so were his colleagues during the day.Special thanks to the housekeeper, she did a good job of keeping our room clean.The breakfast was one of a kind, i can simply call it brunch and the staff at the breakfast were really kind and friendly.Big thanks to the chef for doing a good job when it came to making sure we had ndumas or sweetpotatoes and many more good foods both local and international.

Não recomendo. Pior quarto de hotel onde já estive.
Cons:

We stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions during our trip to Kenya. Our first two stays went smoothly and, considering the price, we thought the hotel was a good option. However, our last experience was absolutely unacceptable.

During check in for our final stay, we were informed that the rooms we had booked, Deluxe Queen Rooms, were no longer available. We were asked whether we would accept a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. We agreed, but the result was a huge disappointment. The so called “superior” room was much older, more run down and smaller than the rooms we had originally booked. Besides being considerably less attractive, poorly designed and uncomfortable, it was also in a clearly worse state of repair, making it completely incomprehensible that it was presented as an upgrade.

The worst part happened at around 11 p.m., when we were suddenly woken up by the sound of people talking. The voices were so clear that they seemed to be coming from inside our own room. After investigating, we realised that the noise was coming from the room next door.

The reason is simply unacceptable. From what we could make out, it appears that a single room had been divided into two using a plasterboard partition placed directly behind the headboard of the bed. To make matters worse, this wall does not even extend all the way to the glass walls and windows, leaving an open gap that directly connects the two rooms.

The most serious issue is that this opening completely compromises guests’ privacy. This is not simply a matter of poor sound insulation. There is an opening between the two rooms large enough for someone to easily put their arm through and reach into the neighbouring room. It would also be easy to place a mobile phone in the gap and film inside the other room.
