Quiet place, good mattress, reasonably clean, close to upper end cafes/bars. It has seen better days, but still acceptable as a budget accommodation.

The location is certainly excellent, in Westlands. The bed was also rather comfortable, i slept wuite well (bu that could also have been the result of a long flight...).
This hotel needs a major overhaul. It's old and not well maintained. Wherever you look, you can't avoid noticing the need for repairs and maintenance. The pictures promised more than reality could deliver. It was just ok for one night, but it was certainly not a hotel you would be looking forward to. Breakfast was ok, you could see they really tried.
