Overall, very bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel services are really bad, from the receptionist to the management team.

Cons:

I booked and pre-paid for the Royal Suite at this hotel for the night of July 31. However, when I checked in, they put me in a different room type, a Deluxe room, without any explanation, which is much cheaper and much smaller than the room I paid for. I asked for a refund of the price I paid; they refused. They basically said the price I prepaid was too low, which is 100% bullshit. I do 200% not recommend this hotel to anyone; please stay away from them as far as possible.

Bezpieczna okolica, całkiem smaczne śniadanie i dosyć czysto. Mogliśmy przechować bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Generalnie wszystko w porządku.

The breakfast was so nice, all the staff from reception to the waiters/waitresses were all brilliant. We booked a second night stay. Lovely hot shower, comfy bed

I enjoyed it! Good value for the money!
Pros:

Staff is very nice and helpful & it’s a great location!

Cons:

Shower wasn’t working, but also the property is currently remodeling. I think it is because of construction and remodeling. I wouldn’t judge the quality because of that.
