Pros:

Très agréable séjour . Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de Liège, dans un environnement très calme. Personnel professionnel, accueillant et toujours souriant. Petit-déjeuner parfait, servi dans un magnifique ancien hall industriel superbement décoré. Une très belle adresse .

Direkt in der Stadtmitte, dennoch etwas isoliert. Mit Auto nicht erreichbar, Parkhaus diekt gegenüber (17 Euro pro Tag). Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist ideal für einen Städtetrip. Es ist sehr komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Größe des Zimmers und auch das reichhaltige Frühstück haben uns überzeugt.

Il fatto che non hanno accettato di farci fare un late check out . Solo a pagamento lo trovo scortese potevano dire fino ad una certa ora ok dopo solo a pagamento .

Accès à l'hôtel tres difficile avec les bagages. On ne peut y accéder avec un véhicule. La réceptionniste a l'arrivée était irréprochable, tres professionnelle. Par contre le réceptionniste qui était présent lors de mon départ était très désagréable et grincheux. Ce monsieur n'a nullement sa place à la réception d'un hôtel. Manifestement cet hôtel est surcôté...

Attention au studios regent 10 tres loins du confort des 4 étoiles!
Pros:

L'appartement a le mérite d'être spacieux et proposé à un prix correct. De plus, la présence d'un ventilateur par chambre et la possibilité d'ouvrir les vélux aident à brasser l'air.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l'expérience globale reste très frustrante, surtout en période de forte chaleur (31°C sous les toits sans climatisation).
3eme étage sans ascensseur, parfait pour les sportifs, voir photo.
L'impossibilité d'occulter les vélux empêche de faire le noir et accentue l'effet de serre dès le lever du jour.
Le service est également bien loin des standards attendus pour un établissement 4 étoiles et des Illustrations sur booking : une simple petite bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée et aucune autre boisson. Pour un café ou un thé, il faut se déplacer à l'hôtel principal situé à 50 mètres, à travers une rue à la fréquentation peu rassurante.

Pros:

The location was excellent—just step outside and you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, which added a special touch to our stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the elevator felt a bit old and was a little intimidating to use.
