Not a great location, but staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and nice.

Clean room. 5-minute walk to bus/tram stations. Nice bar with plenty of comfortable chairs to enjoy drinks.

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Zimmer sehr schön und sehr sauber.

Nice property. Easy access to tram to take you wherever you need. If you're coming for Octoberfest will take you about 30 minutes using trams/sub.

The pillows were really incomfortable and the mattress was really too hard. The hotel is very poorly soundproofed. We can hear people talking in other rooms.
The hotel is a bit ar from the center but the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and the one of tram, at 4 minutes.
The terrace and bistro are nice.
However, the breakfast buffet is really too expensive at 20 euros

Recht modernes Hotel mit gutem Service Nähe Schwabing/Milbertshofen. Parkgarage fussläufig drei Minuten entfernt gegen Aufpreis. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet für 20€ Aufpreis pro Person. Leider nur wenige Steckdosen, keine USB Anschlüsse und im abgeteilten WC keine Lüftung, keine Einzeldecken im Queensbett und nur zwei Kissen. Preis/Leistung noch ok.

We had a wonderful stay here and already miss it. The location is perfect – tucked away in a quiet spot north of München yet only a short walk to the tram, which made getting around so easily. I really appreciated the hotel’s clever scheme where you can swap a room cleaning for free drinks – a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Everything was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended to families.

Hotel doesn’t give complimentary bottle of water only for the first night - fridge is empty and no coffee machines or kettle in rooms. Little things make big difference.

I had a pleasant stay at Star G Hotel in Munich. The overall service was good — from the warm welcome at check-in to a smooth check-out process. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. The hotel also provided useful business services, including access to a computer and printing facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the experience at the restaurant was less satisfactory. The night shift staff's service was below expectations, and the food and drinks did not quite match the value paid. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable overall.

Room was spacious, clean and a 7 min walk to either the tram or the bus stop. Little fridge added was very convenient and useful. Staff was not particularly friendly but did their job nonetheless. We had to insist about getting the free drink that Expedia offered to us for being gold members. Check out time at noon was great and rare to see anymore.
