Ona Las Casitas

Had a great stay, beautiful well equipped clean bungalows. Pool area and grounds beautifully maintained. Team on reception couldn’t be more helpful and the location is superb!

Fabulous location. Within walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Staff were most helpful, especially reception staff. Grounds were immaculate. Apartment had everything we needed if a little dated. Definitely recommend and would return.

Fantastic stay at this resort. The apartment was large, spacious, very well equipped and spotless. The staff were all very friendly and responded quickly. We arrived at the property at 12 and were and to check in immediately. We had food and drink at the bar and it was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. But it was still lovely.

The staff was incredible and the rooms were amazing with all the amenities you could possibly need.

Having stayed in Las Casitas for hundreds of weeks since 1987 we know what to expect.
We know that check in states 4pm but most visitors are in there villa long before that time.
Our villa was cleaned by 11.30. We know this as we were on site at 10.00am.
From the bar area we could see the cleaner in there.
But the vindictive manager chose to send 2 cleaners at 15.05 to spend no more than 2 minutes sweeping up outside.
When asking if our villa was ready at 15.25 we were told it needs checking.
At 15.45 we were told our villa was ready. I said no it wasn’t as it still hadn’t been checked.
But after picking up our bags and walking no more than 50m the lady checking the villa appeared.
I won’t go into why we were victimised as I will be reporting directly to the CEO of Ona/Wimpen.
Marks for the manager 0.5/10 not a professional site manager at all. Marks for Jessica and Nadia the receptionist 9.5/10.
The site around the pool area is extremely tired. Gardens are lovely.
Bar restaurant is extremely well run by Craig and his top class staff.

Excellent stay, staff welcoming and helpful.
Complex is spotless and well maintained.
Walking distance to everything needed.
Would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

The bathroom in the villa was pretty dirty. In need of a deep clean. I have notified the relevant people and sent photos. The villa’s are supposed to be checked before occupancy but this is just not happening

The location is excellent and at the centre of Playa Blanca. The Villa was contemporary, newly decorated and tasteful. All the white goods were new and everything clean and sterile. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The pool was lovely and warm, the staff were all polite and helpful, the only downside was they are fully booked for the summer, I know why!

Another stay at Las Casitas. We have rented 3 weeks here in the last months. Every time we get a villa by the road. As the windows and doors are poor there is lots of traffic noise. I’ve got another booked in April let’s see what happens then.

Pool was warm, not big but ok for swimming. All staff very friendly

Safe needed a new door. Fixed immediately. Massive gap to the outside of both the bedroom window and French doors. This allowed a lot of traffic noise to come in. Sofa and chair are awful so low as well. Beds great. Water from shower runs all over the floor as the falls are wrong

Good weather, pool heated to a good temp, surroundings were nice and clean and the bar had a great atmosphere, bungalows were clean and good in size with everything we needed.

Fantastic place! Relaxing, spacious property, great location, friendly staff, quiet, good food, heated swimming pool....I could go on. It is as good as the reviews said. Had a really good break. Thank you to all the staff 👍

The villa was tidy but the sofa and chairs were awful. Didn’t pay for building works noise. Was going to complain but the reception was closed all day
