L’emplacement.

Cons:

Le bruit de tuyauterie toute la nuit… impossible de fermer l’œil. Le soir même au téléphone : nous n’avons plus de protections d’oreilles. C’est évident étant donné le bruit… Le lendemain à l’accueil, La réceptionniste prend un air surpris pour répondre : je le signalerai… Pas un petit mot d’excuses, ni un petit geste commercial… De qui se moque-t-on ? Un hôtel où l’on ne peut pas se reposer et tout le personnel à l’air de trouver ça normal…

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt dank zentraler Lage, großer Sauberkeit und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels, durch die alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ziele bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Hotel überzeugte zudem mit hoher Sauberkeit und einem durchweg freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Personal. Lediglich beim Frühstück sehen wir noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial.

l'endroit , l'hotel; par contre on a refusé de me livre mon repas avant 14H alors que j'attendais dans le salon et que mon voisin a eu son déjeuner et une boisson

Personnel qui ne m’a pas donné la bonne chambre
Je suis arrivée il y avait quelqu’un
Le robinet qui mettait de l’eau partout
L’eau de la douche allais sur les toilettes
Pas possible de fermer les volets correctement
Et le bruit d’une soufflerie en permanence
