Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent location in downtown. Close to pick up location for bus and boat tours. Staff is exceptional! The main square, restaurants, shopping, and transportation are close by. The room was really comfortable and the AC was great, especially in the heatwave. We could pick up a reusable bottle of water after a day of sightseeing in the heat. Classy and safe place to stay.

Cons:

My bathroom was fine in the simple double room, but my friend had a tub with a sprayer and not a proper shower in her deluxe room . No coffee or tea in the rooms.

Un petit déjeuner bien servi excepté les œufs brouillés
Une terrasse agréable en été

Cons:

La chambre d'un autre temps, murs, rideau, une moquette orange complètement tachée, des peintures ecaillées et une vue de la fenêtre sur un mur en ruine. Seul point positif la salle d'eau mais une douche de 60x60. Voyager seul mérite plus d'égard. Ne prenez pas ce type de chambre. Au petit déjeuner éviter les œufs brouillés froid et déjà un peu vert à 9h du matin
Attention on ne prend pas toute les cartes bancaires ma Mastercard ne passait pas.

This is a 3 star property in my opinion

Cons:

2 out of the 3 rooms I reserved did not have AC even though the hotel had AC in other rooms. I cancelled my room and rebooked to a different hotel.

Schon im Vorfeld meiner Reise war das Personal zu aller Zeit ausgesprochen hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt perfekt auf der Insel zwischen den Flüssen in einer eleganten Straße mit guten Shops. Sehr zentral und alles gut zu erreichen, auch Dank gutem ÖPN. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Nachhaltigkeitkonzept, ist mit schönem Design ausgestattet und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist lobenswert. Ich hatte ein kleines, aber sehr gut durchdachtes Zimmer mit Schlafkoje und einem kleinen Vorzimmer mit Sesseln zum Lesen. In dieser ruhigen Koje, perfekt temperiert, schlief ich hervorragend.. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Restaurant und ich genoss abendlich meinen Cocktail auf der Terasse.

Cons:

Ich reiste mit dem PKW an, das war aufgrund der Umweltzone (Critair Plakette erforderlich) in der Innenstadt, die von 13:00 bis 06.00 für den Verkehr gesperrt ist, sehr kompliziert und außergewöhnlich zeitraubend. Das deutsche Navi versagte. Dank der Hilfe des netten Hotelpersonals parkte ich dann im nahegelegenen Parking LPA Célestins, was sehr gut aber auch sehr teuer war.
