Très bien situé dans Lyon mais attention au parking !
Pros:

Très bien situé, personnel très accueillant et serviable, climatisation efficace en chambre.

Cons:

Cet hôtel est présenté comme ayant un parking ce qui est faux. Il nous a fallu aller se garer dans un parking situé à 10minutes (sous une chaleur de 42 degrés) et surtout, qui nous a coûté 60 euros pour 24h !!

Personnel très agréable, hôtel très bien situé, chambre petite mais très bien organisée et décorée.

Cons:

La douche un peu petite et la fixation du pommeau de douche défectueuse.

While the location is great and the bed is comfortable unfortunately I have to rate the room I was provided at 3 stars a
Pros:

Centrally located and staff were friendly.

Cons:

No real amenities aside from towels and washer liquids in the room. Everything else has to be asked for.
Room was not clean in the bathroom including mould on shower heads and dirty toilet. Aircon also made a lot of vibration noise at med to high setting. Also caused allergy which tells me it is needing a filter clean.

While comfortable bed, facilities in the room can do with major fix and clean / update . Lobby certainly looks good but room is cramped and has two chairs but not somewhere to put luggage easily and had to move things around to make room. Also no luggage stand so had to put on floor.

I was ready to provide this feedback in person but at checkout the staff did not ask me how things were and seemed to not have time for a conversation.

Great value, friendly staff, and an excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, a nice restaurant and bar, and an excellent location. I only stayed one night in a solo room while travelling through, so I did not spend much time there, but overall it was a very good stay.

Cons:

The solo room was quite basic but it was very clean and perfectly fine for a short stay.

Pros:

Personnel souriant et efficace, la chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

L 'hotel n'est pas en cause, il se trouve que Dimanche se tenait la fête de la musique, j'ai été réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit par des nuisances sonores.

Management poor not focused on customer. Restaurantnot up to standard had to senf back unedible tough duck twice

First room had shower attachmebt which was unable to be attached plus basin tap not working
Moved to second room floor 4 next day lift unusable frim 10 am ti 5 pm hence with my new knee very difficult to walk up and down 4 flights
Moved to room 3 for 2 nights
Management gave me 10% discount for one night for inconvenience!!
I was inconvenient for 3 days moved 3 times I consider none of it my fault and a mean 10% fir one night!!
Not good enough
Restaurant not up to standard had to send back inedible tough duck twice, no apology
