Service when check room problem 606 in 11/7/25
Superb location, within walking distance to Tugu, Pasar Kranggan, & culinnary center.
Bed & pillows are comfy.
Bed sheet kinda need refreshment.
Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.

Low budget in strategic place with good views. Compact rooms. Clean beds and toilets. Satisfied breakfast, and important is service friendly.
Minus : tv channels are not clear. Slow shower supply... Maybe need check!
Location is number one, since its in the middle area (walking distance only to reach Tugu Yogyakarta). Second, the price, its such a good deal to get decent room (we always consider about the room size whenever book a hotel) with breakfast, android tv, and self controlled AC (so, we easyly control the room temp). Third, the staff are so friendly and help us whenever we need.
- They only gave us one each pillow so, you only get 2 pillow for 1 room
- The shower head cleanliness need to be improved (so, the water can go through properly)
- The staff who checked in us gave 1 wrong room access (we book 2 room). Because the 2nd room is for our other family member who will arrived late night the room was empty at noon we checked. When we checked to that room again around night time we found out another guest was there. We confirmed to front desk lady who has night shift and she apologized on behalf her other team who gave the wrong room and gave us the right one.

Location is convenient, room was reasonably comfortable, free wi-fi, breakfast food was yummy, air-con was nice and cold (adjustable). Friendly staff. I stayed in room 720.
No fridge in the room, bedsheets got stains on them. People can access all floors, as the lifts and floors are open to everyone.
