A return visit to this hotel. Better than first time. Friendly, welcoming reception staff. Rooms and amenities typical of Muong Thanh standard. Makes for a comfortable, pleasant stay, without being flashy. Shower in bath was only negative feature of room. edge of town location, so helps to have some form of transportation. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Markets and retail shops not so handy. Overall, happy to recommend

Good hotel with a good and friendly service. Location far from shops and center of the city. Breakfast poor and cold food. Room 1001 has advertisement TV. Every minute it appears advertisement for one minute. So crazy! Couldn't repair! Smoking in public places very disturbing. Also allowed at restaurant! Food okay although breakfast poor.

Hotel was very modern and clean. Free breakfast buffet was really fantastic with so much variety. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Excellent pool and tennis court facilities.

Great hotel. In the middle of everything.

The bed had hair in it, the comforter was wet, and the sheets were stained. I found out all this after I had gotten into bed. No one from the hotel apologized to me. I had to wait for them to clean the room.

It was a hotel room. Nice view of the city and comfortable. I have stayed in much the same style room in other countries with the same layout. As to their dining area, the food was all Vietnamese and I do not care for such food. There were small franks and bacon, but I have found that Vietnamese do not cook these safely...still mostly raw.

I would happily stay at this hotel on my next trip to Thanh Hoa. The hotel is lovely, with large rooms and modern amenities. The restaurant food ordered off the menu is very good, although breakfast would be much better if the food were hot. Staff is friendly and eager to help. English language skills could be better but with patience, we were able to communicate just fine. This is not a hotel that receives a lot of Western tourists but the location was great for what I needed and it is a very nice property for a very reasonable price.

Was visiting Thanh Hoa just to visit with some friends of one of my Vietnamese friends, and was pleasantly surprised by this nice hotel that was perfect for my spoiled western needs. The hotel is overall immaculately clean, room was super big, great bed, huge walk in shower, and great ac. But what stood out was their superb and friendly staff. From the front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeepers. One of the very nice reception ladies, her name is Man, was always making sure everything was taken care of for me. She helped with so many things on my short stay, from places to eat, transportation, and even arranged a nice tour of her city, the beach, and a pagoda. My stay was made more than pleasant due to her kindness and help. Will definitely stay here if I ever find myself in Thanh Hoa again.

Room was clean, bathroom was modern and functional with plenty of hot water. Motorcycle parking was awkward to get to from inside the hotel. There's not much going on near the hotel's location. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

It was nice. The restaurant was not that great

the hotel for the price is excellent value. All modern amenities and centrally located......excellent value.
