Fantastic location, value and staff.
Pros:

Fantastic, the location was excellent and quiet at night. Room was great all you could need, goo bathroom , clean room for the price. Our first time in Vietnam and the staff were wonderful. All the staff from the entrance to cleaning could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Breakfast was simple but was tasty and plenty to eat. We look forward returning and staying again at this hotel.

Brilliant service and great location

Our stay at Golden Charm Hotel was wonderful. The service was ALWAYS incredibly helpful and friendly, without ever being pushy or intrusive. They dealt with requests for laundry, taxis, an extra blanket etc with professional efficiency, and also shaded caring and helpful advice. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with all the facilities we could have wanted. The included breakfast was great, with local specialty pho as well as egg-based or pancake options. The location is perfect - right in the old quarter and close to the beautiful lake, many many eateries, street food and sites. Highly recommend this place and will return if we ever find ourselves in Hanoi again!

전반적으로 좋았구요
일반 슈페리얼 3일 묵었는데 요청사항이 창문있고 높은방으로 달라고 해서 6층중 5층 받았고 창문은 복도계단쪽으로 뚫려있어서 좀 당황했네요.. 암막커튼 치고 살았음...
방음 1도 안되구요 밖에서 얘기하는소리가 그대로 들리던.. 이건 3성급들은 다 그런다고 하던...
서비스 만족 친절도 만족. 밤 12시 이후에 들어오면 문을 잠궈서 문 두들기면 열어줍니다 호안끼엠. 분보남보 도보 5분거리 맥주거리 10분거리라 그랩없이 잘다녓네요

Ontzettend lief en behulpzaam personeel. Omdat het vakantie is slaap ik lekker uit en mis ik het ontbijt. Ze willen nog iets kleins voor me klaarmaken. Bij mijn vertrek krijg ik het nummer van een van de personeelsleden. Mocht ik nog vragen hebben tijdens de rest van mijn reis kan ik contact met hen opnemen en willen zij dingen voor mij regelen. Topservice!

Pros:

복귀날 잠시 머물 곳으로 예약했으며 이 호텔의 대부분 시설은 낡았지만 깔끔하게 유지되어 있고 위치가 좋은 곳이다. 장난감 골목이 바로 옆이라 선물사기 편하며 호수도 가깝다.

Cannot fault this hotel. The cleanest hotel floor i’ve ever come across. Friendly staff who even prepared breakfast unexpectedly when we were leaving early one morning for a day teip. Very good location. Don’t risk booking somewhere else if you want a central location because this is an excellent hotel especially for the price. Clean towels everyday and gave us free water and snack in the room. Breakfast was mainly cooked to order and was therefore very fresh!
