Good value and mostly clean but dated.
Pros:

The ocean view was fantastic. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room had ripped curtains and was very dated and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so I could not watch my shows on my Netflix account.

Great last-minute booking at a fair price with beachfront views!
Pros:

All rooms are beachfront! Wonderful to sit on our private balcony and watch the sun come up or listen to the waves. Very clean, good hot water. Liked that they staffed the front desk 24 hours as we had to leave before the sun came up!

Cons:

The outside was a little dated but certainly functional.

Everyone pleasant. Small, older hotel. We enjoyed location and our stay.

Great location on the beach. Easy to get to our 2nd floor room. Parking convenient. Small hotel.

Could use paint on the steps. Bathroom was small but clean. Hot water could have been warmer.

Very convenient location with plenty of on site parking.

Love the location and that is ocean front!

Cons:

We couldn’t get the water to stay hot in the shower . We’ve stayed there many times and have never had that problem.
