Very convenient location with plenty of on site parking.
Pros:

Love the location and that is ocean front!

Cons:

We couldn’t get the water to stay hot in the shower . We’ve stayed there many times and have never had that problem.

I was scheduled to stay at the Garden City Inn from a Wednesday through Friday. I had a family emergency Friday and checked out at 9 o’clock. I asked the lady at the front desk. Would it be possible to get a voucher for the night that I couldn’t stay because I could not control the emergency situation.She said she would check, I have called and asked that question again and still no reply. The hotel was not fully booked at all so I didn’t think it would be an issue. Especially when you stay at this property a lot.

Pros:

The staff was nice and made sure we had whatever we needed (coffee, towels, etc). The location was great, right on the beach.

Cons:

The building is in need of work. Some previous repairs were obvious and appear to be cheaply done. Some kind of sewage smell came out of the shower in our room along with soapy water came out through the shower drain.

Great location and view. Friendly staff. Not sure I would stay again due to the above.

Cons:

My first room wasn’t very clean, smelled bad, blood on the curtain, bed very uncomfortable. People in the room above me walking loudly all night and yelling the next morning.

Staff were very accommodating and moved me to another room that was cleaner, smelled nice but the toilet didn’t work.
