We are both 77 and they put us on the 4th floor with no elevator
Far to many trips up and down difficult stairs.ice machine was on the 2nd floor and no ice at times
Ocean front
Had reserved bottom floor paid extra and at check in the guy had given my bottom floor to another guest. And gave us 2nd floor but the next morning the manager and front desk associate made it right and moved us.

Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean! Good location. Appears that rooms have been updated. Comfortable beds. Apartment size fridge and microwave. Pool and patio area looked very nice. All ocean front rooms.
Older building so there were no elevators. Only 4 floors. We were in 305 and the door didn’t fit tight. The maintenance room was just outside our room so there was some extra noise.
Wonderful location! All room are oceanfront!!! We saw gorgeous sunrise every morning from our balcony! The water in shower room was great!!! Love this hotel and highly recommended!

Changing the sheets never happened. As well as cleaning the room. All they did was bring new towels 3 times
We always love staying at the Garden City Inn. The staff is friendly and engaging. Elizabeth "lunchbox" is the best! We always look forward to seeing her. The location is amazing as well as the view.

One bed was very nice. Pool was nice and nice view of the beach. Shower was great!! Friendly staff. Very clean.
One bed had squeaky springs. I would not have cooked anything on that stove…rusted, terrible. Was a little rundown. The coffee creamer packet was awful…came out in brownish pieces and when I told the front desk,he gave me more packets that were the same. Coffee was terrible too.
Location right on the beach was extraordinary! Pool, ocean, convenience store, a few blocks away from the pier.. perfect!
No elevator, but this turned out to be a plus.. lost two pounds on vacay!!
