Pros:

Very friendly front office staff bar staff let the down. It’s a nice property but needs some maintenance which I think is coming since it was only recently taken over by new owners. Has potential to be excellent

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious - with a view of the Eiffel Tower!
The spa area could do with a little updating (for example fixing the jets on the jacuzzi).
I unfortunately left a cardigan at the hotel and I’ll update my review once it’s been found / returned etc.

This hotel should not be consider a 5-star. It started with a poor check-in experience where some guests were offered champagne and water but forgot to ask us. The rooms are extremely small with not enough lighting to see in your luggage. It took > 30 min to get an iron and 4 calls to the front staff. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a 5 star experience

Staff were not clear. Got charged over€200 on monds and m&ms following confirmation from frint desk they were complimentary. Bargroom tsps were eratic. She didn't work. Won't stay here again. Too expensive fir West its worth

There is nothing 5 stars about this property. It is a small simple hotel with zero luxurious details or amenities. We felt it was a huge disappointment for what we paid, the photos are misleading it is a small hotel with small rooms. The junior suite was an average room you would have at a basic 3 star hotel. Simple things like cotton pads or a box of tissues are missing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing. Everything in the room was built for comfort and relaxation. It was clean quiet and the bed was exceptional. It was medium hard which was great as I have a bad back.

The only issues (which is very small) is that the room we were in did connect to the hotel WiFi. But as soon as we went outside the door it connected.

And the check in and check out was a little time consuming as we had to provide evidence that we paid the city tax to say for a couple of nights.

Other than that it was amazing and we will definitely come back!

Great hotel in a really good location
Pros:

We may be a little jaded, because we had just come from possibly the best service experience at a hotel we've ever had, so they fell a little short for us. All in all, this was a very nice hotel in a convenient location, with a cool style. We were comfortable in our room. The absolute only negative is that for a 5 star hotel, they didn't make the guest feel 5 star.
