El 20 Hotel superó lo que esperaba aunque fuimos con buenas referencias .
Para mencionar especialmente: la calidad humana del personal. Todas las personas con una gran amabilidad , simpatía y excelente trato.
Especialmente agradezco a Tatiana y Nicolás , súper amables y que ayudan y solucionan todo lo que se les consulta.
La ubicación es inmejorable, las playas a una cuadra y está en la más linda zona céntrica. Y a una cuadra de hermosos restaurantes en la Rambla.
La limpieza es lo más, impecable todo!
TV grande , frigobar, escritorio , hermoso baño y placard.
La habitacion con balcón con hermosa vista .
La terraza tiene también una hermosa vista y es muy tranquila !
Las habitaciones lindas , el caudal y la temperatura del agua de la ducha óptimo y el desayuno completo y rico.
Muy importante : un ambiente tranquilo y mucha paz !
Volveré cada vez que vaya a Punta !!!

A recepção ser junto com a área de alimentação e lobby. Além de a porta ser transparente e quem passava na rua podia enxergar tudo lá dentro.

Hotel pequeno mas funcional e excelente localização

A localização é maravilhosa, tem tudo próximo! Perto do porto. Não pegamos o carro durante os dias em Punta. O terraço tem uma vista maravilhosa. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito agradável e amistoso. Os quartos são funcionais e o café da manhã é simples mss bom.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem pequenos, mesmo sendo funcionais. É preciso ser organizado. Elevador é um caso a parte. Funciona quando quer. Conseguimos pegar do térreo para o primeiro mas no quarto andar não funciona nem com reza. A rua é bem agitada e barulhenta, a saber. Nossa estadia foi muito boa !

O isolamento acústico do quarto não é bom, se escuta os quartos ao lado, corredor e o quarto virado para a rua tem muito barulho.
O quarto não fica escuro com o blackout da janela.
Preço caro para o que entrega, mas entendo que são valores de Punta na alta temporada.

Отель уставший, но в холле перед рецепшином очень уютно. Номер с оком на колодец с кондиционерными блоками - окно не откроешь, всегда шум от кондиционеров. Перед входом в душевую стоял унитаз, который нужно было перешагивать, чтобы зайти в душевую кабину.

We really enjoyed the location and the roof top

Cons:

The curtains in the room didn't cover the entire window so it was bright at night. There are lights on the ceiling of the balconies that you cannot turn off so it was very bright at night.
The breakfast wasn't very good and the breakfast room isn't set up with enough tables for everyone. There is only 1 woman managing all the breakfast duties. The hotel need to hire an extra person for the breakfast. There were barely any fruit, bread. No yogourts no musli just stale corn flakes.
