El personal es realmente amable y está a tu disposición constantemente.

Realmente recomendable el masaje con Matilde.

Es un punto que parte del SPA este al exterior, le da un toque diferente.

Cons:

Las habitaciones demasiado sobrias o simples para un hotel del nivel que se le supone.

Las habitaciones dan a la avenida principal y se escucha todo el ruido de los coches.

La habitacion con vistas a la montaña es un decir, porque se ve la montaña pero entre medias tienes un club de tenis, un parque de juegos para niños, etc. No tiene buenas vistas.

Tout est très bien, de bonne qualité, un personnel aux petits soins !

Cons:

Si je dois émettre un bémol c’est quand il fait chaud on doit laisser la fenêtre ouverte et vu que l’hôtel est au centre mais sur la route principale c’est un peu bruyant

Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Lorsque nous avons évoqué le fait qu'il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et le bruit, on nous a de suite trouver un compromis (j'apprécie cette promptitude). La zone sauna - hammam est petite mais très propre, très bien entretenue.

Very enjoyable all together!
Pros:

Very good service. Nice to have a personal taxi to the venues. Good to have a carpark even payable.
Near to all facilities.

Cons:

The Spa could have been covered as it was too hot during sunny days.
There was no restaurant, you might have an agreement with another one at a lower price,

A good place to stay while attending the Verbier Festival.
Pros:

I like the location, the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, and the high quality of the breakfast.

Cons:

My room was sparsely furnished, no comfortable place to sit apart from the beds. The bathroom facilities are good. My room had an outside balcony but again no place to sit.
