A really special and high end service stay in Verbier
Pros:

Has everything you could want for a comfortable break in a first class ski resort. The best thing is the service and being able to be driven to the slopes, having them pick up and return hire skis etc

Cons:

The only small issue we had was a leak coming from the room above, but the hotel handled it excellently including giving us 2 free cocktail vouchers

Nice location, very nice staff but to be avoided due to the loud noise from the club below

Cons:

The loud music from the farm club make it impossible to sleep before 3am. Also the rooms have almost no decoration and feel very basic

An outstanding stay with world-class service and convenience; I cannot rate this place highly enough for a trip to Verbi
Pros:

The service here is exceptional—some of the best I have ever experienced at a hotel like this. The location is perfect for the town, and the shuttle service is incredibly efficient; they drove us to the lifts and picked us up within 5 minutes every time we called. They even went above and beyond by returning our group's hire gear and getting my skis serviced for me. The spa was another highlight, and we particularly loved the fun touch of being able to knock on the window from the hot tub to order a beer!

Cons:

Nothing to report—the stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Pros:

My room was ready slightly before check-in which I appreciated. I was also unexpectedly upgraded to a better suite with a balcony. The valet services were great and the staff helped me to book my ski pass with a discount. They also provided guidance on how to get to the hotel from Zurich's train station. I will definitely consider staying at the Experimental Chalet in the future when visiting Verbier.
