予約した部屋と違うレベルの部屋を案内された。注意すると部屋を変えてくれたけど、受付の態度が悪く、部屋を変えるだけで１時間もかかった。

Pros:

The room is reasonably sized but a bit outdated. I was told this is a quite new hotel, which is a bit surprising. The location is perfect - Baohe Park is ~5min walk away. Gym is good.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved - it is quite often something all gone but without replenishment. Check-in staff members could be better trained: the room we booked was originally for one guest - during the check-in, we asked to include one more guest. But the staff member kept misunderstanding into that we needed another room (plus we were both speaking Mandarin).
