Estancia no tan cómoda por remodelación

Cuando llegue se notó que no tenían la habitación lista, mi reserva decía dos camas matrimoniales y al llegar me estaban dando una king, le comenté a la señorita y se tardó como 10 minutos en buscar un cuarto me dió una cama king y una individual igual no era como lo solicite, después había muchas áreas en remodelación pero eso complicaba el acceso áreas inseguras solo con conos puertas cerras y áreas complicadas para entrar al cuarto, al subir la escalera había un tapete de foami que me dijeron que no pisara pero llevaba a mi bebé cargado y era difícil andar saltando eso, además de que en la noche me quería bañar y tardó como media hora en calentarse el agua, y había que dejar la regadera y el grifo abierto, mucho desperdicio de agua, no considero que vaya relación precio calidad del hotel. Entiendo que están remodelando pero podrían acelerar los trabajos o cerrar unos días es peligroso tener huéspedes así.
