Las camas viejas de hace 100 años con el colchón totalmente vencido. La habitación chica para el precio que pagamos que fue más de 100 dol. pero lo peor además de las camas fue el desayuno. Literal tostadas, medialunas duras, 3 hojas de lechuga y torta vieja. Un desastre. Real

The room was very worn out, making it difficult to recognize it as the same one shown in the photos. It is, at best, an average 3-star hotel—definitely not a 4-star
Location of the hotel is the highlight. Near parks, restaurants and the Punta Carretas Shopping Mall.
For travelers by car, there's a parking garage (charged extra).
Poor room sound isolation -> You can hear everything that happens on the hallway and on other rooms as well. This is a very strong pain point. And this is the main cause I'll not return to the hotel.
Bed is not confortable -> our "King Size" bed was actually two single beds next to each other.
Hotel Staff -> is not very supportive, since there's no assistance for luggage carrying or any assistance when you arrive by car (associated with the "no temporary parking area") the check-in experience is extremely poor and frustrating.
Breakfast -> Included with the stay, but not great.
A/C -> room didn't have any air conditioning control, so it was extremely hot the all the time... to the point we had to keep windows open for ventilation.
