Ubicacion y calidad, es buena

Cons:

Al llegar la recepcionista se porto muy grosera, alegando que ya se queria ir, y no queria atender ya que se habia pasado su tiempo de trabajo.

Good accommodation if you’re travelling via ferry.
Pros:

The property was/is close to the ferry terminal which was the main reason why were in Chetumal, free mints at the front desk/ reception. Clean rooms but bathrooms do need a little TLC… good for a short stay.

Cons:

My partner does like having two bed pillows when she sleeps, unfortunately we only had one each. As mentioned above, the bathroom needs some work.

Buena ubicación. Instalaciones mas o menos. Adecuada limpieza.

Cons:

Olvide artículos personales en la habitación y al llamar para pedirlos dijeron que no estaban osea se quedaron con el cargador y pila de mi celular.

Fuera de esos detalles es un buen lugar, pero los chicos de recepción son muy amables eso habla bien del negocio 😉☺️

Cons:

Las camas súper duras, el aire acondicionado está Controlado por ellos sin que le puedas subir o bajar la temperatura según tú lo requieras, y el baño apestaba a drenaje eso sin tomar en cuenta que está súper pequeño.

The Junior sweet didnt have any microware or refrigerator. they sheet and pillowcases were never change for the 2 days i was there. they room was not vacuum or sweep during my stay.
