I have book here verous time, but this time the service was terrible.

I booked 6 rooms for 2pm. Due that we went Bacalar we checked in 5pm. When we arrived we still had to wait more than 30 min for the rooms to be available. I asked the front desk if we will get additional time for the check out since they had our rooms late and he said no. Very bad accommodation. To add, two of the rooms have rooms that were stained. I asked staff to change it and the response is that they will change it until they finish all their work.

My stay was bad
Cons:

The old lady at the front desk had a stinking attitude like she racist as hell. Then we had to beg for them to clean our rooms. The pool was so dirty because they didn’t clean it they say it’s a Sunday n the work man get day off that day well the hotel is fully booked out so are we suppose to use ah dirty pool. Never again

The toilet couldn't flush, and the verandah piece for the room was firty and had insects. No soundproof

el cuarto muy básico, la televisión tenia mala imagen, era tema de la conexión, cuarto 12. la cama esta super dura, al entrar al cuarto, apestaba a sifa del baño.

El personal no era amable. El WiFi seguia arrojando error y cuando se notifico a recepcion no nos ayudaron. El aire acondicionado no era tan bueno. La tele no se veia bien ya que era rele abierta.

No complains about the staff they were friendly, however they need to consider the 3 point i made.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, no complains on part.

Cons:

One, the Wifi sucks; there was no internet in the room I was.
Two, the Sheets were dirty with stains and the room had a moldy smell
Three, they need to do a better job at cleaning the pool. It looked dirty, I did not even get to swim in it.
