Excelente ubicación y bien el desayuno.

Cons:

Tiempo de espera al hacer Check Inn y Chexk Out.
En la primera noche, me dieron una habitación ya ocupada y al bajar al loby y reportar, me percate que mi documento de alta la cual firme, estaba rayoneada y sobre puesto otros datos y con mi firma. Pedí al recepcionista realizar otro documento con mis datos… mal muy desagradable experiencia.

de la frejada, un ruido muy fuerte del aire acondicionado parecía una caldera de industria, no me dejo dormir toda la noche. si lo apagas tampoco el calor de Villahermosa. entonces mejor sufres con ruido.
UN AIRE ACONDICIONADO ROTO Y RUIDOSO. LO HICE SABER EN LA ADMINISTRACION . PERO NO PUEDEN HACER NADA LOS EMPLEADOS. Y ESTOS CORREOS TAMBIEN SOLO LOS LEEN LOS EMPLEADOS.

NO PUEEDEN MEJORAR NADA.
