Pros:

Lo que NO ME GUSTO, fue el precio que nos dios Booking, porque tuve que pagar otra habitacion, y me cobraron 1300 pesos mientras Booking me cobro mas de 1500 pesos por el mismo tipo de habitación.
ESO NO ME GUSTO. Ya no voy a adquirir por este medio.

El estacionamiento 🅿️ las personas no saben estacionar varias noches tuve que estacionar mi carro en la calle pues todos las personas agarraron doble espacio aparte no hay control del estacionamiento pues personas ajenas al hotel se estacionaron dentro

La ubicación, el servicio, el personal muy atento y el precio

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento, la limpieza de la regadera no era la mejor, el piso se sentía resbaloso por exceso de limpiador, la colchones se sienten viejos y la iluminación del cuarto no es buena

La ubicación es muy buena, una zona súper tranquila por ende no había ruido en la habitación.

Cons:

La llave para abrir la habitación no funcionaba muy bien, cada que vez que iba a abrir tenía que pedir apoyo a algún colaborador del hotel, mejorar esos detalles haría que fuera un 10/10.

Very nice and clean.
Pros:

First of all, it is a fantastic location! I love the placita and the zocalo. The breakfast was not included, it was good and excellent service.

Cons:

The light in the room was not good enough to do my makeup, not even in the bathroom. I could not have a hot shower, the water was warm, it rained that day and after getting wet outside, I wanted to take a hot shower but I couldn't.
