Pros:

I only liked the location.

Cons:

Not everything was thought out in the room for living; there wasn’t even a basic refrigerator. The air conditioner had dirty, uncleaned filters. Parking at the hotel is not free and there is a very small space for a car.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

This facility is one of the few in San Francisco that has affordable parking, which is its biggest plus. The location is pretty good, and it was quieter than I thought it would be.

Cons:

The building and grounds could stand a good power wash. The walkways and staircases are dirty and laden with cobwebs. Since the elevator was broken, using the stairs was very unpleasant since it reeked of pee. The office staff was unfriendly for the most part.

Mostly negative impression because of the level of cleanliness
Pros:

Location of the motel was good. Also, they had parking on the site. $10 per night

Cons:

Towels that were supposed to be clean had a lot of different people's hair. Floor wasn't clean. Neighbors from the room on top were yelling late at night. Both stairs smelled like urine. We had non-smoking room but even there I could smell cigarettes. Frustrating.

It was easy to find

Cons:

I got there at a good time i paid extra for a parking spot, then i left for a show , the reason i went to san fran with my two daughters, as we got back at 11pm there were no parking spots i went in and talk to the guy working he was talking to a customer that gave him money to park his car there for a few days from what he said. Then when i told him hey i paid for a parking spot he told me to double park behind any other customers car and i would be ok.. the tv didnt work, the bathroom light didnt work.
