Pros:

Good area

Cons:

The elevators were down, which was extremely inconvenient. Did a lot of walking in the city. The last thing I wanted to do is climb up the stairs.

Awful.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Right as we were checking in one of the people who is a semi permanent resident there over dosed and my kids had to see them removed from the room. When she got back from the hospital later that night her and her boyfriend smoked cigarettes next to our window all night long. Bathroom was gross. Tv did not work and the phone did not work. Elevator was also broken

I only liked the location.

Cons:

Not everything was thought out in the room for living; there wasn’t even a basic refrigerator. The air conditioner had dirty, uncleaned filters. Parking at the hotel is not free and there is a very small space for a car.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

This facility is one of the few in San Francisco that has affordable parking, which is its biggest plus. The location is pretty good, and it was quieter than I thought it would be.

Cons:

The building and grounds could stand a good power wash. The walkways and staircases are dirty and laden with cobwebs. Since the elevator was broken, using the stairs was very unpleasant since it reeked of pee. The office staff was unfriendly for the most part.

Mostly negative impression because of the level of cleanliness
Pros:

Location of the motel was good. Also, they had parking on the site. $10 per night

Cons:

Towels that were supposed to be clean had a lot of different people's hair. Floor wasn't clean. Neighbors from the room on top were yelling late at night. Both stairs smelled like urine. We had non-smoking room but even there I could smell cigarettes. Frustrating.
