Pros:

アクセスがとても良かった。ロッテ百貨店のほぼないとなりで、買い物しても荷物を置きに来れたり、食べ物を買って持ち帰ることもできます。地下鉄までもすぐ、カフェも近くにあり、とても良かった。
日本語対応もスムーズでした。

Cons:

少し、部屋が狭かったのとデスクが片方のベット側にあるので、そこが使いづらかったです

Amazing location & amazing service
Pros:

Perfect location, very close to the subway entrance and right next to the Lotte hotel which has a public food court in the basement levels.

The room was spacious and had everything you could need, excluding a washing machine. They do provide a laundry service however it is a bit pricey. There is a laundromat in the street behind so no issues there.

The staff come through every day to replace your towels, add new water bottles to the mini fridge and tidy up the room.

We turned up 15/20 mins early, fresh off our train, and they still let us into our room at no extra charge as it was ready to go.

Cons:

N/A. Was completely satisfied with our stay.

Perfect central location, excellent transport links
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful—the lobby has a very cool, high-end executive vibe with stunning sculptures. My room was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I loved how quiet and peaceful the overall atmosphere was. The front desk staff were wonderful and spoke fluent English, which made everything so easy. Also, the location is unbeatable; it's very close to everything and ideal for getting around, which is a huge plus since Busan is a massive city. Totally worth it!"
