Skyline Hanoi Hotel

スタッフの女性の方親切で、夜遅くのチェックインにもかかわらず快く対応していただきました。
また翌日の朝食の場所へも付いてきて案内してくださりありがとうございました。
通りから少し入ったところに位置しているため、夜も静かに過ごせました

Overall ok stay wasnt happy about walking to another to backpacks hotel in the cold weather in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast finishes early as 9am. Staff ok wasnt very accommodating.

This property is in ally with small rooms, free breakfast need to walk for 3 minutes in another Hostel, review seems like fake as property is not more than 6, rooms without window and good for budget travelers, I booked by mistake as in Google maps it gives u address at sky lounge property

I had a great stay at Skyline Hotel. Super friendly staff and great vibes overall. Location of hotel is great and is near many yummy food options. The rooms are great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!

The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. It’s close to everything and just off busy roads so it’s quiet. The help from Phillip was amazing. He contacted us before we got here and set up tours to Ninh Binh and a 3 day tour to Ha Long Bay. They were both great and we liked knowing in advance that we could see what we wanted on the dates we wanted.

조식은 다른 호텔의 식당을 이용 하는데 나쁘지 않아요.

他の方も書いてますが、フロントの方の感じが良いです。清掃、アメニティ補充も毎日あります。シャワーはお湯が途中で水に変わってしまう事がありました。全体としては快適に過ごせました。

The Skyline Central hotel (formerly Bonsella Cozy) is now owned by the Skyline hotel. When I went to check into Skyline, they switched me to Skyline Central which is a nicer hotel. I got the upgrade for my entire stay of 4 nights :)

We didn't stay at the skyline since they claimed to not have our booking. We were moved to another hotel. It was late and we were tired so we were very annoyed.

Belle chambre mais malheureusement très humide moisissure sur les murs. Mais côté service Plus que parfait 👍
Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il nous on changé de chambre,
Premier matin problème avec les déjeuner, froid , arrive pas à l’heure demandé et reçois pas se qu’on commande et doit manger dans notre chambre car il n’y a pas de place
Il nous on amener en taxi tout les matin dans un autre hôtel avec buffets.
A chaque fois il fesait tout pour nous satisfaire.
Bien situé et calme, on gardé nos valises

Très humide, champignons sur les murs, quartier avec beaucoup d’odeurs nauséabondes, personnel très serviable, ils font leur possible pour nous rendre service, salle à manger en rénovation donc il a fallu aller déjeuner dans un autre hôtel tous les matins à 8 minutes de marche... hôtel mal situé, trop près du vieux quartier dans une ruelle où les véhicules ne se rendent pas.

The service here is excellent! They help me schedule my airport transfers and a trip to her long bay. They gave me great recommendations about where to go to eat and shop. The breakfast is delicious. We were very comfortable in our room. This is a great location, we could walk to the lake and to the women’s museum and other interesting sites.

nice hotel and location is so good. it's easy to walk around and enjou.

낡았지만 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋습니다

Breakfast was at another hotel which was a short walk away. Otherwise would have given them a 5. One of us was not well and they brought us some breakfast to our room.

窓がないお部屋で少し残念でしたが、スタッフの方の対応等は良かったです。朝食も美味しく頂きました。

Comfortable rooms, great location, attentive and helpful staff, and free breakfast make the Skyline Hotel a good choice when staying in Hanoi. Overall I'd say it's the staff that make the hotel experience most memorable. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and they always attended to our queries quickly and graciously.

밤늦게 체크인 했는데, 친절히 맞이해 주시고

체크아웃할때까지 배려해 주셔서 정말 편히 쉬었어요

밤에도 조용하고 아주 좋았습니다.
