Noise disturbances
Pros:

Noisy Corridors

Cons:

The noise insulation is very poor. You can hear even small noises from the next room and especially from the corridor, including doors closing. I could not sleep peacefully throughout my 3D2N stay.

Management should seriously consider installing door stoppers or soft-closing mechanisms to reduce the noise. This is a basic issue that needs to be addressed, especially for guests who expect a comfortable and restful stay.

De lokatie is fantastisch, alles in de buurt, recht tegen over de Mall of Indonesia. De faciliteiten in t hotel zijn waanzinnig, van een lekker restaurant, poolhal, discotheek. Elke avond live muziek en dj. Waar je niks van hoort op de kamer.

Hotel location is simply perfect because it is just accross Mall of Indonesia, very accessible for shopping, salons, restaurants etc.

Cons:

Rooms are not sound proof. Occupiers of other rooms especially close to our room were loud even at 6 o'cloock in the morning. So frustrating when you want to sleep in to relax because you are on holiday. Receptionist was informed and told the nearby room occupiers but with no effect.
