Työntekijät olivat erittäin avuliaita. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä.

Cleanliness was decent. Some of the tiles and furniture has some wear on them.

In overall, the hotel is so-so, I'm disappointed.

The hotel is very stingy with its toiletries. The floor of the room assigned to me was still dirty when I checked in. The room smelled of smoke. The hotel is in close proximity of a karaoke bar that plays very loud music well into 2 am. The walls are rether thin, as I could hear the noise the other guests made in the middle of the night. I had to mask the noise by increasing the AC's fan level. The shower's water pressure was good but the water was only lukewarm. The hotel's sole redeeming point was its staff, they're friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location across the road from the Mall of Indonesia and at a very good price.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

And nice swimming pool.

I will definitely stay here next time I am in Jakarta.

Poor ventilation. I requested for non-smoking room, however, our room smelled cigarette so as the main hallway had a strong cigarette smoke odor.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva anche se due aspetti meritano attenzione.
L' Albergo, la cui reception e e posta al terzo piano di un grosso edificio contentente svariati intrattenimenti (dal bar ai massaggi al karaoke) e con una graziosa piscina, ha un numero molto elevato di camere poste su almeno 3 piani dello stesso.
Vi sono camere che affacciano all'esterno (quindi con finestre) e camere che non hanno finestre. Questo non viene indicato all'atto della prenotazione.
Inoltre, durante la mia permanenza, ho trovato in camera un animaletto che, anche se di casa in queste aree, non dovrebbe trovarsi. Comunque nessun ulteriore problema.
Personale alla reception gentilissimo, camera di dimensioni buone, arredi minimali ma nuovi e funzionali, safe box, letto confortevole e pulito, A/C efficiente, bagno e doccia efficienti e puliti.
Anche la colazione, a buffet, decente rispetto al prezzo pagato.

Nice hotel in nice area. Staff was very kind, food was good.

Nice hotel, good service, good food. Only issue I had was noise level due to other customers hanging out in hallway and u can hear it. Also very difficult to get blow dryer. I stayed 3 days and only got blow dryer in last day. Maybe they need to have more in stock. Also need cream for coffee in room, and add another pair of slippers. My room was for 2 but only one pair.

洗面台が詰まってました。流れが悪くて困りました。
フロントは親切でした。ただ人があまりいなくて、用が出せないこともありました。廊下の声はよく聞こえます→部屋の声も聞こえる？

Good resturant downstairs with entertainment. Many choices for food nearby.

It wasn’t a pleasant check in. The room smelled like smoking room and they even treated with air freshner for quite sometime. However, the stay overall was good. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was okay, could be improved. Will try to stay there again next time

객실이 너무 어둡고 습해서 저녁에 들어와 침대에 걸터 앉아도 옷이 축축해질 정도 임 그리고 방음이 안되서 야간에 복도에서 단체객들 소리가 고스란이 들어와 잠을 편히 잘수 없음 가격대비 비추천 차라리 조금 더주고 세다유 호텔리나 선레이크 추천함

Too noisy at night during sleeping time, where suppose we get good sleep but live music still on up to 03:00 in the morning.
Hotel key only one.
I lost key in the restaurant and they won't give me new key because we have to pay IDR 50K for new key. This is unacceptable.

一樓進去左邊有個酒吧音響效果很不錯，有歌手現場演唱，不輸五星級等級，氣分佳，開到很晚推薦去消費，房間就還好，才幾百塊台幣的費用，就別太計較了

Room cleaning service knocked my door at 9:30 in the morning and woke me up. Told him to come back after I check out. An hour later, he came back and knock the door again. Tried to call the front desk to tell them not to come to my room, but no answer. So I had to go down and get the “Do not disturb” sign.

Overall, it’s a regular business hotel located right across MOI. Nothing good, nothing bad. But the wall is very thin. You can hear conversation in the hallway.
