Solides Hotel in guter Lage. Freundliche Service, professioneller Umgang auch mit internationalen Gästen / gute Englischkenntnisse. Gutes Frühstück, kaltes Bier im Angebot!
Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, man hört hier jedes Moped. Bei der Zimmerauswahl unbedingt darauf achten, dass die Lage abseits der Straße ist.

A great place for a rest in Bogor. Enjoyable poil. Comfortable rooms. And at walking distance of the Bogor Botanical Garden - a must!
Breakfasts / lunch / dinner was good , a nice selection of foods and drinks. Fresh hot dishes , with an array of fruits. The staff roaming around ready to help, or answer any questions. I was impressed how well dressed and professional the staff were. Constantly working, clearing dishes, setting up , cleaning, and bringing out fresh food .They also leave you alone and let you enjoy.
Thank you Regina (front desk) , also the lady who works with Regina (sorry didn't get name, has curly wavy hair , wears glasses , about the same age , brought me a fruit tray unexpected last week to room ) she made a good warm impression !! Thank-you, Vivi (hostess) , getting my hot tea after dinner , any questions/bills she would help with .Elma (hostess) , polite and willing to help.

The different language barrier was a little tough , ( but expected when your the visitor) .
I wish the bed had a light sheet and a heavy sheet .
The night before leaving ( after almost 2 weeks stay ) the front desk had a bon voyage package for me , I was busy and never got to meet them or receive it . After I checked out , then I realized I forgot to mention it.
Lastly, I tried to connect/email or call the hotel months before my stay , didn't work, couldn't connect, kept bouncing back.
Good , no coplains
I had no way of contacting the hotel when I was back home . Tried emails and phone calls .
