Vår feriefjasko på Mariposa del Sol.'
Pros:

Et veldig fint bassengområde.
Relativt stort hotell. Der var kun 4 - 5 leiligheter hvor der var gjester. Poolbar / restaurant var stengt på dagtid. Vi fikk en leilighet som hadde en overbygget terrasse, vi forsøkte å bytte , men det fikk vi ikke. Der kom sol på vår terrasse ca. 1830 ( kveld ) En totalt misslyket ferie 😡Vår sene tilbakemelding kommer av sykdom etter hjemkomst. 😥

Cons:

Et tomt hotell er ingen hyggelig opplevelse, en terrasse som er overbygget, ingen sol.😥 Poolbaren åpnet kl. 17
En totalt misslyket 4 ukers ferie.

Pros:

The accommodation was spacious and very clean, the staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. They went over and beyond what would be expected on a number of occasions. The restaurant on the complex did very good pizza and again the staff were fabulous. The pool and facilities were spotless clean and well kept. There was a Spar close by that had most of what we needed for our stay and there was a great wee cocktail bar beside the Spar. We definitely recommend Mariposa for a nice relaxing vacation.

Pros:

Chouette appart hôtel proche du nécessaire.

Cons:

On s’est fait un peu spammer par des mails et des messages booking pour confirmer et reconfirmer notre arrivée ce qui était un peu beaucoup.

Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and the pool was nice.

Cons:

The apartment and overall building was very poorly maintained. We had mould and condensation in our apartments and there was no ventilation anywhere and it smelt.

Correcto que mejora gracias al restaurante Italiano.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el servicio de recepción en el momento del cheking, y sobre todo el restaurante italiano que tienen dentro, donde las personas que lo atienden, tanto en cocina como en sala, prestan un servicio maravilloso y hacen una comida Italiana, sobre todo pizzas, riquísimas.

Cons:

No me gustó el tener que hacer el cheking yo mismo, sin otra opción, el servicio de otra señora que atendía puntualmente la recepción y te abría la puerta de la entrada si se te olvidaba la tarjeta dentro, podría ofrecer un poquito más de amabilidad.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the views are perfect and the location has the beach close and many restaurants were close.

Del alojamiento , pues su tranquilidad

Cons:

Del alojamiento en sí, pues que la entrada sea a las 16:00 y la salida a las 11 . Haciéndonos pagar 40€ para quedarnos hasta las 18:00 estando el alojamiento vacío .

Very nice stuff. Great location, close to the beach, store and public transport.

Cons:

A bit noisy for the room located close to the restaurant and pool in the evening. But was quiet after midnight.
