Dirty conditions in the room free breakfast was burnt food had cook's hair in it. Food tasted old. Pool was extra charge to go into so we never got to swim. They don't advertise us on their website that pool is not included. I found this out only because I put my feet in the pool to test the water temperature and the lady came running over and told us that we had to pay before we even put her feet in. I would never recommend this place to anyone for any reason whatsoever.

The toilet had no seat, the whole bathroom had a strong smelled, dirty place, uncomfortable bed, personnel was rude demanded cash or to take a sit and call because the hotel didn’t see the reservation and the personnel did not want to call. The location is on a not so good area but close to the airport. Dirt road access.

My duvet and bed cover was not changed. Sex marks from the previous customers were obvious and disgusting. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed before I could sleep. Disgusting!

Horrible I didn’t even go back after the first night

This hotel can't be recommended to no one. Dirty, the air is not working right, they gave me a small room other than what I booked. Noisy at night, when I complained and called expedia, they gave me a room that leaks water from ac to the bed. I regretted staying in such horrible hotel and seek a compensation. No enough towel, no tissue nor soap. They don't clean up rooms and when u call to request a service it takes forever

The hotel, location, staff and services and rooms were terrible. Need to take off you list of choices or at least rate as a half star.

After 25 years of working and living abroad, this has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, doors did not lock, security was bad, the staff were bad mannered, the beds were dirty, the shower would flood the bathroom, the rooms were just awful, internet poor, the TV had very limited channels, the restaurant had no food, would not accept credit card and would have to pay cash up front for everything. I have stayed in some bad hotels through work over the last 25 years of travelling including Siberia and Bangladesh and nothing was as bad as this. If I could rate it -100 I would. Expedia should be ashamed to mislead people that this is anything else than a dirty unsafe dive and the hotel should be removed from the site

Lighting. Room wasn't bright enough, considering there is no window.
And if an elevator can be added. Was a struggle to get my luggage up and down.

The trip was a very good expérience for me. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on arrival night in Lagos. Just needed a no frills place near the airport after long flight from the United States. This was just that. The posted pictures are very accurate. Rooms are small, along European standards. The neighborhood is intimidating, but I was with a native Nigerian and felt safe because of that. It is in a residential neighborhood-when you are onsite, you stay onsite. The staff was very friendly. The only difficulty was that they did not know how to process my prepaid reservation. Figuring that out took them a LONG time. I just don't think they had ever encountered anyone using this website to make a reservation. You are also limited to eating at the hotel and they have local foods. My only option was breads with butter and jam. Well, it was plain white bread and they had no jam. I also had to ask for the butter. I ate by the pool and the area is nice. They have a large video screen there and played music videos (soccer match on another screen). No bugs in sight...that's a big thing for me :-)
