Confort & disponibilità!
Pros:

Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo avere un'altra camera, in quanto quella data non soddisfava le nostre richieste! nel giro di 5 minuti ci hanno offerto un'altra camera molto più confortevole e senza nessun supplemento da pagare! Lo abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo!!!

PS: colazione TOP!!!

Personale giovane, gentile, disponibile, professionale. Ambienti rinnovati, puliti, luminosi e confortevoli. Ci hanno sorpreso con un up-grade gratuito. Grazie!!!!

Cons:

Avrei voluto un attaccapanni in camera, una o due sedie. Finestre con apertura a vasistas. Qualche mensola in bagno e luce sullo specchio.

Bel posto per i bambini con possibilità di parco e area giochi anche all'interno. Colazione ottima e abbondante bagno pulito e camera comoda e confortevole.

Cons:

Forse alcune cose come porte e mochet le migliorerei sembrano un po' datate.

Un soggiorno pieno di soddisfazione con una meravigliosa vista sulla darsena di Rimini.
Pros:

Un fantastico hotel, comodo, pulitissimo, pieno di attenzioni per i clienti. Lo staff è eccezionalmente cortese e disponibile, Francesco che è il responsabile è sempre attentissimo alle necessità dei clienti ed è un vero campione dell'accoglienza. Camere molto belle, servizi al TOP. Tanti benefit a disposizione dei clienti, come ad esempio erogatori di acqua fresca gassata o naturale sempre nelle vicinanze delle camere ed un punto relax con macchinetta del caffè posizionato vicino alla reception ... tutto assolutamente gratuito e sempre disponibile. Nelle camere si trova un bollitore con tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi in autonomia bevande calde o tisane, un arredamento funzionale e moderno, TV Smart ed ogni altro possibile comfort. Insomma al St Gregory ci si può assicurare un soggiorno di elevata qualità che al mattino offre una grandiosa e variegata colazione dove non manca proprio niente, sempre con prodotti di alta qualità.
