Pros:

The workers needs a lot of training. We've been sleeping here for the past 3 years and we always have bad service from the waiters. Receptionist has improved, house keeping super helpful. They should work on customer service rather than waiting money for their bad services

The hotel is on a busy road and the windows are not soundproof so the noise from passing vehicles and their horns was loud and nonstop all night long. Terrible if you need a peaceful night sleep. Hotel doesn't smell good.

My room, located on the third floor adjacent to the lounge, was subjected to very loud live music that continued until 10:30 p.m. As a result, I was unable to rest and had to leave my room for over two hours waiting for the music to end before I could return and relax. When I raised this concern with the reception, I was informed that it is the hotel’s “tradition” to convert the premises into a club during weekends for its guests. This practice is highly disruptive and unacceptable for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay. I strongly advise prospective guests to avoid this hotel.
