Muy atentos y lindos

Es un hotel muy espacioso y con las comodidades necesarias, las habitaciones también lindas y frescas.
Buen aroma desde la recepción y las camas muy suaves.
A pesar de haber sido una estancia muy corta, se cumplieron las expectativas

No descanse por el ruido de la calle

En general las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas

Cons:

Me asignaron una habitación que colinda directamente con la calle, el ruido de los autos y las motos no permite dormir ni descansar, sinceramente creo que este tipo de habitaciones NO deberían asignarlas a ningún huésped ya que la idea de pagar un precio alto es para tener un descanso digno.

The location is great!

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready when we checked in, the furniture was on the bed any we had to ask them to clean it. Then the door broke and wouldn’t close so we asked to be moved to a different room and had to pay for an upgrade. The hotel, spa and restaurant were completely empty and there was barely any staff around. The shower didn’t drain properly and the sheets were stained. Overall, it didn’t feel like the hotel was expecting guests.

Bueno y barato pero no cómodo para dormir.
Pros:

La cercanía con el centro y que tanto el check in como el check out fueron muy rápidos

Cons:

Los colchones de las camas son muy viejos y super incomodos. No dormimos bien pues ya están muy maltratados y están disparejos. También el internet, no hay conectividad, nos dieron la contraseña del wifi y sí conectamos pero no había nada de señal, en toda la estancia no hubo internet.
