We had an amazing time at the Baccarat Hotel in Midtown. From the moment you walk in, the space feels elegant, warm, and beautifully designed without being over the top.

The service was excellent - attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and full of thoughtful luxury details. The bathroom alone felt like a mini spa.

The location is perfect, steps from Fifth Avenue, MoMA, and Central Park, yet the hotel feels calm and private inside. Out trip was a refined luxury experience in NYC and Baccarat truly delivers.

I arrived at Baccarat with one mission: hide from the world with room service and HGTV. Revolutionary, I know. My ambitions were genuinely modest—a bed, four walls, and zero human interaction. Basically the luxury hotel equivalent of going to Target in sweatpants.
Then the concierge offered a complimentary upgrade.
Here’s where everything changed. I walked through those doors into my room and had what can only be described as a spiritual experience in thread count. And let me be clear I’ve stayed at places. But this? This was different. I literally looked around and thought, “How do I transfer my mortgage here?”
Everything was immaculate in that obsessive French way that makes you feel both pampered and slightly judged for existing. The room service arrived hot and plated like it was heading to a Michelin inspector. The bathroom was basically a marble sanctuary the kind where you contemplate your entire life’s purpose while soaking. The bedding felt like I was sleeping on a cloud that had somehow become thread count 1000+.
But the glassware. The glassware. Every water glass, cocktail coupe, and juice vessel felt like holding history in your hands. It’s the kind of detail that makes you realize why other hotels exist to remind us how far we are from this.
I loved every minute. I’m already booking my next stay.

Baccarat NY delivered a truly exceptional staycation experience. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly spacious, with floor to ceiling windows and stunning marble bathrooms that feel both elegant and luxurious.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The gym is huge, the pool is beautiful and the spa was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Best of all, the food was outstanding.

I live just a few blocks away and booked a staycation here to prepare for an event while taking a little time to recharge, especially with a new baby at home. I wanted a place where I could truly relax, and Baccarat delivered exactly that.

This is what 5 star service should feel like. From the glass bottled water to the beautiful tea kettle in the room, every detail felt thoughtful, refined and luxurious. I also really appreciated how promptly and graciously the housekeeping team responded when I got an insect bite overnight and immediately changed my room.

We stopped into the Baccarat Hotel on a whim to take a look around, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The manager personally greeted us at the elevator and generously offered to show us around, taking us on a tour of the hotel’s beautiful public spaces. That level of hospitality, particularly for guests who had just walked in off the street, was truly impressive and speaks volumes about the service and pride they take in the property. Known for its exquisite crystal, the lighting fixtures and chandeliers throughout are absolutely stunning and give the entire space a refined, almost magical feel. Despite that grandeur, the hotel still feels warm, intimate, and inviting. It strikes a perfect balance as a boutique hotel—elegant and very well appointed while comfortable and welcoming at the same time. We will be booking a stay soon! I’m already looking forward to experiencing Afternoon Tea in the beautiful dining space, having a gorgeous drink in the fashionable bar, and visiting the spa.

Another high end experience at the Baccarat! I spent 4 nights with this fantastic group of people as we welcomed in 2026. The Baccarat is situated perfectly in NYC as it has everything and anything very close by so you really are in the best spot when visiting. I usually mention everyone by name but at this point you all know who you are and how much you mean to my family. I do this because you make such a positive impression and really make our stay so personal each time we visit NY. I was happy to meet Israel, the new GM, and appreciate that you stopped by during our NYE dinner. I also was introduced to Mirela who offered a very kind gesture to my family. I thank you so very much. You both should know that the team you have is the very best in hospitality and they do everything with such sincerity. For this reason, I will only stay at the Baccarat when I am in New York for business or pleasure. In my opinion, there is no better hotel in the city if not the world! Thank you once again!!

Our host Jelena, aka the Lady in Red, was truly phenomenal. She gave us a detailed and fascinating introduction to the hotel, sharing the history of the brand, the tradition of crystal craftsmanship, and many other interesting insights.
Debby, the bartender, was equally impressive—extremely kind, friendly, and highly professional. She prepared several different cocktails for us, and each one was outstanding.
Overall, it was an experience unlike anything we have had before. Truly exceptional—nothing but praise! ✨🥂

Aida was an excellent host! My friends and I went for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed ourselves! We were a group of 6 women and all felt equally appreciated and taken care of. She did an absolutely lovely job of capturing the moment and spirit of the occasion. I can’t recommend the Baccarat enough. Especially with Aida being as wonderful as she is

My husband and i stayed at the Baccarat this past February and it was truly a wonderful experience.
Upon arrival we were greeted by their guest ambassador Jelena who was very welcoming. She gave us a tour of the property and ensured our check in went smoothly. Jelena also sent a bottle of champagne and tray with chocolates and fruits to our room,along with a personal welcome note,which made our welcoming even more special.
Our room was very nice and big,and the crystal chandeliers depicted the spirit of the hotel perfectly and made us feel like we were in Baccarat(France).
After check in we walked to 5th Ave to shop and it took us only few mins.
During the evening Jelena booked us a table at the hotel bar and we had delicious cocktails,while admiring the impressive art and chandelier collection.
After cocktails we walked to Radio City for our concert,which was only 2 blocks away,which definitely places this hotel in an excellent location.
In the morning we ordered room service that arrived very promptly and it was delicious.
Since our stay was only 24h we only had time for a quick walk around the lobby (which is so beautiful) and shopping at their boutique where you can find the famous Baccarat Rouge 540 perfume.
Our check out was very quick and our car was waiting for us downstairs(make sure you call for your car in advance)along with Jelena who wanted to make sure that everything went great.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want excellent service,beautiful enterier,spacious rooms,perfect location,and i will definitely stay here again!
