We stayed here during a recent short trip to Bozeman. The staff was accommodating and friendly, the room was great, and the patio in front of the hotel had comfortable chairs to sit and look at the mountains.

What a wonderful hotel. We had a large wedding and this hotel worked with us with room changes and the wedding itself. Ariana and Stephanie are truly amazing. Would recommend this with 10 stars!
We were disappointed. I had always wanted to stay in this historical hotel; I would not again. Our room was located on the 3rd floor; the last set of stairs is very steep, The room was very tiny and very cold with a heater that did not work!
I went to the desk and they did move us to a much larger room with heat:)

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und haben leider nicht unser gebuchtes Zimmer erhalten. Für drei Personen wirklich viel zu klein. Unser Zimmer befand sich im ersten Stock und leider gab es kein Fahrstuhl. Das angegebene Frühstück stand für die Gäste auf unserer Etage im Flur. Es war so schon beengt im Zimmer und dann noch frühstücken? Für uns war der Aufenthalt eine Enttäuschung.
We were celebrating our 60th Anniversary at the "Sac" and had a wonderful night. Our room was great with its' comfortable and 16 foot ceilings. After dinner we drove a short distance north of town to the three fork headwaters of the Missouri River. Upon returning to the hotel, we enjoyed an evening of live entertainment in the downstairs lounge. The staff was exceptionally helpful and efficient. We will definitely stay here again.
Lovely turn of century hotel, high ceiling rooms, and plenty of parking available. 2 Restaurants have great seasonal menus, and excellent service. Close to Caverns and about 1 hour from Virginia and Nevada historical cities. Lower bar has live music on weekends but didn't hear from my room. Large covered wraparound porch for after drinkies and firetables & blankets for comfortable evening card playing!

Excellent place. This is quite relaxing with outdoor areas and wonderful staff in the restaurant/bar areas. Rooms are adorable and clean.
Has a lovely warm atmosphere and beautifully renovated, is spotlessly clean, and the staff are excellent, Stephanie made me feel welcome. I like the restaurants on site and the food was excellent. It’s what hotels once used to be.
Somewhere to eat breakfast other than your room would be great
Very comfortable beds and very comfortable and clean room
The stairs were steep for us, we should have requested the 1st or 2nd floor.
