The Signature Hotel & Serviced Suites Hartamas Kuala Lumpur

An amazing find on the border of two vibrant areas - Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara - both of which are packed with restaurants, cafés, and bars. The hotel offers modern clean rooms, with simple 'serviced apartment' style amenities - microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, etc. Breakfast is available at a very reasonable cost, and parking is free! Staff are friendly and helpful. There is nothing not to like! Shout out too to the Marta's Kitchen Spanish restaurant on the ground floor - a great food option if you don't want to 'go out'.

Generally okay and would have given a 5 star for service if they had allowed us to check in 2 hours before the 3pm check in since most hotels check in by 2pm

Location is good for dining options. The hotel room had no hot water and was noisy as it was just above a major highway. Room is adequate. Exercise facility is poor condition. First and last time I will stay at this hotel. Staff courteous

It was a pleasant stay. This is my repeated stay as easy to find restaurants or coffee shops. Also, convenient stores are nearby. Safe place although traffic could be heavy during peak hours so needs to take precaution when crossing the roads.

The staff here are super nice. This is a really good real hotel.

We stayed in a two-bedroom unit with a kitchen, a full-sized fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and, most importantly for me, a small office. The spacious interior had air conditioning in every room (except the two bathrooms). Every bedroom had a TV, and the living room had a lounge chair that could be used as another bed.

The hotel's service was exceptional, with housekeeping attending to our needs daily, ensuring a clean and comfortable suite. Their responsiveness was particularly impressive. For instance, when our TV in the living room malfunctioned, they promptly addressed the issue, replacing it with a new one almost immediately. This level of service was consistent throughout our stay, enhancing our overall experience.

I stayed here for 5 weeks continuously, so naturally, we would need to cook some food for meals instead of dinner outside every day. The proximity to supermarkets and shops was fantastic; food, doctors, barbers, pharmacies, supermarkets, and shops were close by. The location has a stairway that could take you across to Mont Kiara shopping in 9 minutes. Note that there is a farmer's market of sorts on Thursday, 11 am to 2 pm. Just fun to visit.

Transportation using Grab (the Malaysian UBER) was really good, and it was so central. Going to downtown Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya was just 20 - 30 minutes away (off-peak).

I plan to stay here again when I visit Kuala Lumpur in the future.

The room was a suite. The only drawback was the noise since my room was on the 2nd floor adjacent to the expressway. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and malls next to the hotel. I highly recommend for anyone not needing to stay in KLCC.

Good

1. The room is too close to the highway. Noisy!
2. Sign of leaking from unit above. Though repaired but not touched up properly. Sign of molds is visible.
3. Shower room does not have dedicated place to keep the shampoo & shower gell. Imagine have to put them on the floor during shower!

Had a really wonderful 9-day stay here while in town for a wedding. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and cool even when it was quite warm and humid out, and the internet worked great, which allowed me to do my work consistently. The infinity pool on the roof had a beautiful view. The location is wonderful and it was fun to explore the neighborhood on foot. There was a washer/dryer for laundry, a refrigerator, and filtered water in our unit -- a perfect home away from home for a long vacation.
