Good Property, needing upgrade of staff behaviour and operational facilities.
Pros:

Spacious room with cozy bed, as promised on site, while booking. Good Restaurant and food. I was unable to pay while checking in, so they allowed entry, though unhappily. Sitting area in reception for guests is very good. Good connectivity for getting cabs instantly. Area surrounded by high quality restaurants, and pure veg branded option, just adjacent to hotel.

Cons:

Behaviour of reception staff was not that welcoming. Facilities in room were all messed up. Shower did not work, while no bucket or stool was provided in bathroom for using tap for bathing. Room AC was malfunctioning for hours. Poor lighting in room turned a nice space in to sad mood. In restaurant they inform all stuff finished right at 9:30, while everything was served to the reception staff, having breakfast there only. No calling in rooms for breakfast reminder from the hotel end, which is a great practice in many other hotels. On arrival on 2nd day, they denied entry without payment, which has never happened to me. All properties charge at the check-out only, if not paid at check-in.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel at its current price. At ₹4,500 per night, it

It was conveniently located near the US Biometric Center, which made it a great choice. The reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed me to extend my checkout by an hour when I requested it.

Cons:

I checked in around 11:00 p.m. and was extremely tired, but I was allocated an unclean room that felt suffocating. The toilet seat had urine stains. I had to insist that the staff move me to a new room, which was finally allocated at 12 a.m. This was especially frustrating because I had a US Biometric appointment at 8:30 a.m. the next morning.

In terms of cleanliness, the second room was better than the first, but it still had several issues. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the compartment had water stains, and the towels provided were dirty and torn.

Regarding amenities, there was no hot water, and the water supply appeared to be hard water and tasted unusual. The complimentary toiletries, including the shampoo and body wash, were almost empty.

As for service, the delay in addressing my concerns and reallocating the room added to the inconvenience, especially given my early appointment the next day.

Finally, considering I paid ₹4,500 per night, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. The breakfast was also of poor quality and did not meet expectations. I have photos of the bathroom and the room’s condition to support these issues.

Unfortunately, changing to another hotel was not a practical option because I had already paid the full amount, and the booking was non-refundable.

Staffs are very friendly and dedicated towards their work.
Pros:

The room is cosy yet spacious. The breakfast is nutritious, low-fat, healthy, and fulfilling! And the location is very central and strategic! AWESOME!

Cons:

Nothing as such... I like everything. Felt like Home.
