Pros:

The room was clumsy not at all hygienic. Bedsheet and Pillow covers were stained and poorly managed room. Everytime bad odour was coming. It became difficult for us to stay. According to the room provide the charges were very high. I won't prefer coming agin here.

Pros:

The security at the property was good and made me feel safe during my stay. However, the reception experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful, slow to respond, and not very welcoming. This made the check-in and overall interaction unpleasant. Improvement in reception service is definitely needed.
