Pros:

Great location, right next to the beach and about a 20-minute walk from downtown and the train station. A large, nice, comfortable room. A spacious bathroom. Coffee and tea-making set.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was very limited, lacking basic items such as muesli/oatmeal. For half the day, the corridor right outside my room was cluttered not only with cleaning carts but also with a vacuum cleaner, a mop, a bucket of water, and laundry bags—it wasn’t aesthetic or elegant. The bed was sufficient for one person, but it might be a little too small for two. The lack of a lift may be a problem for some guests.

We loved it and will come again !
Pros:

Location and staff were both exceptional.
Room was simple but exactly what we needed.

Cons:

Room cleaning was infrequent which , for a property on the beach with a lot of sand coming in, is not so great.

Tiny place for tiny people
Pros:

+ good location
+ spacious parking
+ friendly ladies at reception
+ breakfast is pretty good (but it was the same next day)

Cons:

- everything is so tiny in the room
- the water drain in shower has clogged and nobody came to fix this during our 2 nights stay. Had to build a towel dam to prevent flooding in this tiny room
- price was $250 per night which is huge but I think that’s because of Lenny Cravitz’s concert
- pillows weren’t comfortable
