The lady at the front desk was very polite, professional and went beyond to help me to make sure my stay was a good one. Will stay there again when I visit my family.
Only thing was when non guest came in to use the pool the first night, we were there. Saw them drive up and was let into the pool because they did not have a room key by a Hispanic woman that let them in who I saw working there the next day there at the hotel. They were loud drinking using glass bottles when that was not allowed. We ended up leaving.
We have stayed here for several years but have watched it decline. Breakfast is horrible. On our recent stay cable was out a lot and our room phone didn’t work. Probably a reason many of the oil workers no longer stay here
The room was ok
The front desk clerk that embarrassed me and belittled me in front of the entire hotel and then called the police because I used the luggage cart out to the parking lot with my familys belongings, when it was just myself and my small son there to take all the items. She turned her back on me and ignored every word i said And also made very loud outlandish accusations against me and made me out to look like a damn fool

Customer service was great. Manager's attentiveness was amazing. The room was clean and fully stoked. Breakfast was was warn and ready. I had a great experience here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with my room the second evening and the desk clerk helped without any hesitation.

The A/c developed an odor on my second day. We couldnt deal with the odor so we were allowed to switch rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room exceeded expectations in size. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning with many options, there was something for everyone. 100/10 would stay again!
