Die Ruhe ist sehr schön.
Das abendliche Programm aus Live Musik verschiedener Musik Richtungen war teilweise zu früh zu Ende. Da hätte ich mir eine halbe Stunde gewünscht.
Das ist aber eigentlich auch nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Definitely not a 5-star hotel – I would rate it closer to 3 stars.
You cannot market a hotel as 5-star and then fail to provide even a basic level of service.
The adults-only section appeared to cater predominantly to a much older, pensioner-age clientele. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a culture among some guests of complaining about even normal holiday conversation and enjoyment. As a result, the pool area was extremely quiet and lacked any atmosphere, making it feel quite boring at times. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but it did impact the overall holiday experience.
The breakfast was below standard, with a very limited selection available each day. Service was poor on most occasions, although this appeared to be largely due to understaffing and a lack of guidance within the restaurant.
The rooms were clean, which is a positive, but they were dated, dull, and in need of refurbishment.
Overall, while cleanliness was acceptable, the service, facilities, atmosphere, and dining experience fell well short of what would be expected from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. :::

2nd time staying at this hotel, great indoor and outdoor pool, friendly staff and helpful, cleaners were great , food good , perfect location for us. Very clean and comfortable , quiet and tranquil , the sax player on the evening entertainment is fantastic
This time round we felt the morning staff at breakfast were understaffed and a little out of there depth, we had to ask most mornings for service, ie our cooked orders and tea and coffee , we were missed if we didn’t ask!!!
I had the cleaning (I assume manager) knock on our door and walked in before I reached to answer , clearly not happy we had our towels in the balcony , i didn’t like them just walking in at all. Other than that all good

Location-ideal. Just 5 minutes walk away from the beach or from the harbour, which has many bars and restaurants. Bus stop and supermarket right outside the hotel.
Atmosphere - chilled, friendly and classy vibe.
Rooms and all areas - spotlessly clean. Decor is traditional Menorcan, with beautiful modern sculptures and art dotted around the building and gardens.
Entertainment -some entertainment each evening in the hotel bar after dinner. (Tribute singers, piano players etc) Flamenco night -outstanding.
Food-amazing! The a la carte options each evening are outstanding. You also have a great buffet style option for your starter and for your desserts. Breakfasts also great. The hotel offers a lunchtime menu too if you need a mid-day snack.
The staff- so helpful and friendly. Always happy to help, to enhance your holiday experience.Service is excellent.

deze service kan beter, zet de prijzen op de minibar of leg wat gratis versnaperingen op de kamer, erg achterhaald, jaren 70 beleid.
Really relaxing holiday. Hotel and facilities are of a high standard. A warm friendly welcome. Staff friendly polite well presented. Food is excellent good choices. Looking forward to returning soon.

Bel hôtel avec une magnifique piscine.
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables avec un joli balcon vue piscine.
L’hôtel se trouve à 10 min à pieds du port et de la plage.
Le personnel est très sympathique et avenant.
Nous avons pris la demi pension, les repas étaient bons et nous avons apprécié de se faire servir à table pour le plat principal.
La climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas très bien, difficile de rafraîchir.
Le service des œufs aux petits déjeuners, beaucoup d’attente et commande pas toujours correcte.
À partir de 10h, le buffet petit déjeuner est un peu vide.. plus de bols, pain, etc…
