2nd time staying at this hotel, great indoor and outdoor pool, friendly staff and helpful, cleaners were great , food good , perfect location for us. Very clean and comfortable , quiet and tranquil , the sax player on the evening entertainment is fantastic

Sitting at the pool now at La Quinta whilst writing this review....
Location-ideal. Just 5 minutes walk away from the beach or from the harbour, which has many bars and restaurants. Bus stop and supermarket right outside the hotel.
Atmosphere - chilled, friendly and classy vibe.
Rooms and all areas - spotlessly clean. Decor is traditional Menorcan, with beautiful modern sculptures and art dotted around the building and gardens.
Entertainment -some entertainment each evening in the hotel bar after dinner. (Tribute singers, piano players etc) Flamenco night -outstanding.
Food-amazing! The a la carte options each evening are outstanding. You also have a great buffet style option for your starter and for your desserts. Breakfasts also great. The hotel offers a lunchtime menu too if you need a mid-day snack.
The staff- so helpful and friendly. Always happy to help, to enhance your holiday experience.Service is excellent.
Would we come back again? absolutely ! In a heartbeat.., could not ask for more x

Bel hôtel avec une magnifique piscine.
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables avec un joli balcon vue piscine.
L’hôtel se trouve à 10 min à pieds du port et de la plage.
Le personnel est très sympathique et avenant.
Nous avons pris la demi pension, les repas étaient bons et nous avons apprécié de se faire servir à table pour le plat principal.

A truely welcoming hotel where every member of staff greets you with a smile. The pool is of a magnificent size with always enough sun beds available so there is absolutely no need to get up very early and reserve a bed as is the case at some hotels. The chef and his team are to be complimented on the array of food available at both breakfast and dinner. A wonderful escape from the rigours of every day life.

I think I read every review before coming and it was just as good as described!
Due to a last minute knee injury I needed a room on the ground floor which was provided.
Lots of things made this hotel a five ⭐.I wouldn't call it dated but traditional which we liked.Not full when we were there so no problem with sunbeds.I enjoyed the waiter service by ypool for drinks.We came back to the hotel for 9 p.m.for the entertainment which was flamenco dancing,sax player and singers which was fine but not many people attended.
We walked to the marina and ate at Piccolo's twice which was good quality food and great service.
Breakfast great but couldn't seem to get cold milk for tea!
I would definitely return especially if I got a good last minute deal from Lov Holidays again!

Positives first..Hotel location excellent for getting into the harbour area, extremely clean, with a Boutique feel,very well maintained especially the pool area and green areas.Rooms very good and well appointed, and cleaners excellent.
Negatives..Starting with the breakfast, very good choices, especially for the birds that flew into the restaurant and helped themselves to the buffet, every morning. Cooked food for breakfast was very good, and it was served to the table direct from the kitchen.
Evening meals..Salad buffet provided every evening and was very good, Choices of cooked meals were offered via a menu, usually six to choose from, this is where the problems start..absolutely terrible, usually inedible and a mix of flavours that are hard to comprehend. The waiters usually laughed when we complained, and said.." But the wine is good " or "don't worry you can have cake next."
The hotel must be loosing a lot of money as it was very difficult to find staff to serve drinks during the day, you really had to go hunting them, we usually gave up and went back to our room and made our own. All the negatives were mentioned by other guests we spoke to. There seemed to be no leadership for the staff in regards to serving.

Almost perfect hotel .Quiet ,calm ,clean and efficient .
Location is v. good .Good beach walks and close to the port .
