Fort Burt Hotel

No working internet; no TV service; non working electrical outlets; torn or rusted chairs on porch; rusted bathroom tub and faucet; dirty porch glass doors; rusted electrical wires ( held by wire nuts)on porch floor, in the rain; even the A/C unit at 62degrees felt like hell. 2 windows covered by drapes/curtains could easily be accessed by any prowler.

The attendant on duty even after the situation was brought to her attention offered no assistance. Room 105 was a virtual DUMP. You send someone to check it out for yourself. NO one should have to pay for this kind of service. Now, am I entitled to a refund?

Friendly staff, and hotel was very accessible to the town areas. Will stay again.

But the place was not clean properly
In the upper bathroom corner there was so much spider line and somewhere you could see rusting in several areas.
In spite off all, it was worth it for the quietness, comfortability.

Well maintained and convenient to Conch Charters. It is a perfect spot to land and acclimate after travel and to recharge before a 10 days sail.

Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know.

We just stayed the night to catch an early ferry. Easy walk to the terminal with backpacks. There was a small market across from the ferry terminal with great coffee & grab and go items.

No water pressure for showers, limited hours for bar and food. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Staff at Fort Burt were so welcoming i felt to at home especially in their Bar/Lounge. They made my experience in the bvi unforgettable and i am truly happy i got to experience it. The hotel is truly a scenic get away and is so close to a lot of tourist attractions. Their staff called me cabs, looked out for me and made me feel safe at all times. The room had an exceptional view and the privacy was second to none. A truly warm and comfortable place to be

Bare bones room. No TV Reception. Meager shower pressure in a slippery tub with a curtain not walk in. Minimal power outlets. Breakfast only 7:00 to 9:00 am.

I paid extra for a private pool. I found out on arrival the pool wasn't heated. It was too cold to even put a foot in. Never again

We needed a room for just one night before our charter trip. It served it's purpose. The hotel has seen better days and is pretty run down. It was a convenient location for us and we did have a place to lay our heads.

Wi-Fi was not working, tv was not working, no real help from front desk, asked for a cab didn’t get one. Luckily we could walk to the ferry, we got up early enough. No coffee service, or coffee in room, no help with bags.

The property was a little tried, the views were great.

The hotel listed a suite room with a pool but the pool was not working. The staff reached out to me on the same day of my check in to let me know about the pool not operating. However, I have a video that I can send where you can see this pool has not been operable for a long time. Also, they had told me I was going to receive $100 credit because of the issue and during my check in the lady wanted to ripped me off and charge me the full balance
I wouldn’t like for anyone else to go through the same horrible experience we went and this hotel should remove the false advertisement they are publishing in Expedia

Property is a little run down but room was comfortable and clean

This hotel is very run down. I don’t mind staying in budget hotels for short periods, as long as they come with budget prices — but we paid ~$200/night for this hotel and I would describe it as the kind of place that should be available for $50/night. At that price I would have thought “OK, it’s dumpy but we’re saving some money.” But this was dumpy and not cheap.
