Excellent stay in a charming historical hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a charming old-fashioned building, with vintage furniture and wooden ceiling. The hotel rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - there is even a suit of armor in the breakfast room! - and the hotel host was kind and thoughtful. I would definitely return there.

Cons:

Overall it was a good stay all around. One tiny thing is that the bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation work, as they are quite basic.

Gent ist sehr zu empfehlen in Kombination mit dieser Unterkunft
Pros:

Das Gebäude haben wir erst genau gesehen als wir heute aus
scheckten. Es ist eine Perle,ein Haus gebaut 1695 gebaut. Die Einrichtung des Frühstücks raums war der Hammer. Frühstück im Museum. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Ubicació bona, personal molt amable, el esmorzar molt variat i en una sala molt ben decorada amb un piano i música clàssica de fons. Vaig poder deixar la meva bicicleta en un espai del hotel.

Extrêmement bien situé pour visiter le centre historique. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner varié. Très calme.

Klassiek mooi hotel.
Pros:

Loopafstand van het centrum en een aantal OV lijnen in de buurt. Grote kamer op bovenste verdieping onder het schuine dak met veel ruimte en rustig. Alleraardigste eigenaar/personeel. Simpel maar lekker ontbijt in een fantastiscje ruimte. In oud middeleeuws gebouw.

Cons:

Niks.... naja, hoge opstap naar toehgansdeur, en hotel is niet rolstoeltoegankelijk. Naar de bovenste verdieping zijn 3 steile trappen.

Le cadre rustique qui fait le charme de l'endroit!

Cons:

Je n'ai rien à redire, juste que vu nos problèmes de mobilité, une chambre au premier étage aurait été la bienvenue!

Great location and an inexpensive hotel
Pros:

Great location, nice bedroom and excellent breakfast. Good value and even better value considering its location. Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

For a low cost hotel we have to manage our expectations. The bed was ok but the bathroom had a handheld shower attached to the bath. The water was too cool for a comfortable bath and the shower barely adequate. However, it was inexpensive and perfect for our short stay

Pros:

Ottima la posizione: si raggiunge il centro a piedi in pochi minuti.
Si respira una bella atmosfera.
Ottima la presenza del frigo, assente in altri alberghi in Belgio

Cons:

La camera e soprattutto il bagno avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione.

Bellissimo hotel in legno nei pressi del centro. Avevamo la camera nel sotto tetto, molto spaziosa e caratteristica

Pros:

Het historisch pand met dito interieur. Het ontbijt en de rust , de zeer centrale ligging met nabijheid van openbaar vervoer, de vriendelijke uitbater, check out tot 12h.

Cons:

Geen lift ( was op de hoogte), nogal steile trap, niet zo comfortabel matras, niet altijd iemand aanwezig.
