gewoon een beleving om een paar dagen in een echt oud Gents huis door te brengen!
Pros:

Prachtige grote antiek ingerichte kamer in een 16e eeuws oud pand. hele mooie eetzaal. Auto kun je daar voor een redelijk tarief vlakbij en binnen parkeren. Goed bed, en lekker geslapen. Hele vriendelijke eigenaar, als je wat vroeg kreeg je veel uitleg over de stad. we kregen ook een boekje en plattegrond. De man was heel behulpzaam, want we moesten met een koffer een hoge steile trap op. 3 minuten lopen en je stond op de graslei in het centrum

Cons:

Badkamer gedateerd, maar wel schoon, en alles was er. Geen airco, dat is in die oude panden niet toegestaan in Belgie. De koffie die we bij het overigens goede ontbijt kregen was meer oploskoffie. wel van het goede soort, maar wij hebben liever echte koffie.

The downstairs is beautiful. Lovely dining room and nice breakfast.

The room was pretty basic considering the nature of the downstairs. Some upgrades are needed for the bedroom decor and fixtures.

Meraviglia d'altri tempi!
Pros:

Da fuori quasi non si nota, ma dentro sembra di essere in un castello o in un museo: si viene accolti dal distinto e gentile proprietario e accompagnati nella propria camera che, nonostante l'aspetto vintage, é dotata di ventilatore e buona connessione wifi... letto comodo e bagno abbastanza spazioso.. ovviamente molto vicino al centro!

Cons:

Segnalo solo l'assenza di ascensore (ma visto l'ambiente ci sta) e la presenza di una vasca al posto della doccia classica (ma con doccione per lavarsi)

Historic Building
Pros:

Great location a short walk to the centre Very historic building with lots of character Hence the décor & amenities are not up to modern standards. Good breakfast & mine host Mr Peter was very helpful & obliging but the standard of the rooms may not meet your expectation It was also the most expensive stay we had during our 10 day tour of France, Belgium & Germany

agradável e calmo
Pros:

A localização é perfeita. O staff é muito simpático e disponível. O pequeno almoço muito bom, servido numa sala do século XVI, muito bonita. Muito calmo.

Cons:

Trata-se de um edifício muito antigo com um pe alto (e algumas teias de aranha) :) que precisava de algumas reformas e limpeza mais a fundo, mas é suportável.

Säkert bra om det inte är varmt ute och varmvatten i duschen vill man ju ha.
Pros:

Mycket bra läge och miljön i matsal var häftig.
Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Fanns inget luftkonditionering på rummet var olidligt varmt. Inget varmvatten i dusch.
