Good for a short stay
Pros:

24/7 access to the coffee machine in the canteen, free coffee, which was really good!

Clean, easy and contactless access to the hotel and the room at any time.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!
I have travelled a lot, but I have never experienced anything this terrible. This place is an absolute disgrace.
When I arrived, I had not received an email with the box number or the access code needed to enter the accommodation. There was no reception, and I was left waiting for two hours for someone to help me. The phone number only led to an automated answering service, and I could not get proper assistance.
The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. Everything was dirty. The mirrors were filthy, the toilet and washbasin were dirty, and there was no toilet paper, no tissues, and no soap. The window blinds were broken and hanging down.
This place does not meet even the most basic standards of accommodation. I cannot understand how anyone can offer guests such conditions and call it a hotel.
After travelling to so many places, this is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise people not to book this accommodation. I would never stay here again.
Absolutely appalling. Avoid this place.

Cons:

Um Mitternacht am Hotel. Tür ging nicht auf, weil Beschreibung wie die Tür zu öffnen war, falsch war.
Notdienst schickt Techniker. Dieser will 300 Euro für die Öffnung. Diskussion. Fotografiert meine falscje Öffnungsanweisung. In einem Zimmer, Nr. 18 schläft der Gast aus Nummer. Sein Schlüssel für Zimmer 19 funktionierte auch bei. Irrtum seinerseits wegen unzureichender Zimmerauszeichnung. Mehrere Mails ans Hotel Geld zurück zu erstatten bleiben unbeantwortet.

Die Lage. Die Ruhe.

Cons:

Die zerbrochene Eingangstür.
Die zerbrochene Klobrille.
Die gefährliche Dusche, hoch und kein Haltegiff.
Der Staub.
Die vollen Aschenbecher.
Die kaputte Kaffemaschine.
Kein Frühstück, obwohl ich es meiner Erinnerung nach mitgebucht hatte.
Leeres Teeregal.

Tür öffnete nicht mit dem Kode welche ich per Email bekommen hätte.
Schimmel im Badezimmer und in die Dusche!

Der Empfang war während unseres kompletten Aufenthaltes nicht besetzt.

Wir mussten uns bei Partner-Hotels durchtelefonieren bis wir nach 2 Stunden endlich unsere Zimmerschlüssel bekommen haben.
