När de inte finns nån mat att tillgå kunde åtminstone finnas bestick . Om köper mat å vill äta. Tallrikar fanns. Ingen frukost..Ingen personal på plats som kan engelska. Var mycket negativt.

czuję się oszukana...hotel jest ma liście hoteli które posiadają basen...w przeszłości korzystałyśmy z basenu i sauny...specjalnie wybrałam ten hotel że względu na basen...po długiej podróży obiecałam ziecku że będzie miała trochę relaxu w basenem.. nasze rozczarowanie było ogromne...nie wbralabym tego hotelu gdybym wiedziała że nie ma basenu. na noc nie ma nikogo z obsługi.. gdyby coś się działo lub było głośno to nie ma komu zgłosić.. i nikt z obsługi która zjawiła się rano nie mówi po angielsku.komunikacja zerowka

Es war kein menschlicher Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Die Zugangscodes wurden von Booking.com erst am Abreisetag weitergeleitet. Extrem unbefriedigende Situation.- nur über die Vermittlung einer externen Servicemitarbeiterin gelangten wir an die notwendigen Informationen…
Auch im Schwesterhotel am Ort war kein Ansprechpartner erreichbar!!!!
