Pros:

gute Lage für Besuch im Bergson, alle sehr ferundlich, angenehme moderne Atmosphäre, wirklich tolles Frühstück, Zimmer auf alle Fälle groß genug für Städtetripp/Geschäftsreise

Great location, great rooms, no fallback option when system was down so I couldn't get into my room
Pros:

Location, rooms, the "idea" of self checkin all very good

Cons:

The first two nights out of my four nights I couldn't get into my room.

I got stuck at the front door, which they previously told me I can open via app. The app simply said "something went wrong, please try again". After phoning around they opened the door remotely. However, the app wouldn't open the door to my room either, so i had to phone again. They told me to make a card at the terminal at the entrance. I created said card, but that card also didn't work. After 45min of trying, the door somehow opened and i was able to go to sleep.

The second night, the same thing happened. The app didn't work. The card didn't work and I was phoning around again waiting for someone to come in the middle of the night to open the door for me. This time it only took 30 min for me to finally reach my room.

I'm aware it is not "their" fault (apparently some server/system was down), but as a customer who just wants to go to bed at midnight I don't care where the error is and there should be a manual fallback.

I welcome the trend for more autonomy and self check-in/check-out. It give customers great flexibility. But there has to be a failsafe if the system is not working.

Nice modern hotel
Pros:

Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel has a nice cafe bar. Check-in and check-out are done either on-site on a tablet or prior to your visit on your phone, which is really quick and easy.

Nett und ausreichend für eine Nacht
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichlich. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Zimmergrösse ist für München zwar fast normal und wir hatten eine günstige Rate für das Zimmer, aber zum Normalpreis würde ich es nicht buchennet

Praktisch, nette Mitarbeiter, super Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, minimalistisch aber sauber und gut. Logistisch war für mich super, da ich eine Konferenz im Bergson besucht habe und ein Bus mit Haltestelle beim Hotel direkt dorthin gefahren ist. Aber auch sonst ist die S-Bahn Freiham nicht weit Ich fand die digitalen Features super, zum Beispiel dass man einfach mit Handy ins Zimmer gehen konnte, falls mal die Karte nicht eingesteckt wurde. Frühstück war wirklich super. Ich habe für zwei Nächte eingebucht und brauchte nur Frühstück für einen Tag. Auszahlung vor Ort war kein Problem. Für 16,90 € war die Auswahl gigantisch, und es wäre sogar noch ein Barista Coffee mit inkludiert gewesen.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer hätte nicht geschadet… gerade bei Coffee Fellows hätte man vielleicht erwartet, dass so etwas auf dem Zimmer ist.

Pros:

Zwei Mitarbeiter/in waren sehr freundlich. Lage ist gut. Tiefgarage vorhanden, Nutzung ist unkompliziert. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten (Frühstücksraum, Bar/Bistro, Rezeption). Gut organisiert. An- und Abreise unproblematisch.

Cons:

Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr reserviert. Teppich im Zimmer u. Flur, Treppenhaus nicht sauber. Wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert. In eimem Zimmer roch es leider nach Fäkalien. Vermutlich ein Problem in der Abwasserleitung. Eine Decke hatte auffällig rote Flecken. In einem Doppelzimmer war nur ein Kopfkissen.

Die angebotenen Klimaanlagen sind keine! Dieses Hotel werde ich meiden.
Cons:

Man bucht ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. leider ist diese aber offensichtlich nur eine Betonkernaktiviereung, die Kälte über Strahlungsenergie abgibt. Da diese im Normalfall über die Außentemperatur gesteuert wird, funktioniert diese nicht wirklich so effektiv wie ein Umluftkühlgerät. Ich hatte eben ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, bei mir war es die ganze Nacht uferlos warm und schwül!
