Money back!
Cons:

Very disappointing that i was not warned in advance that during my stay there is a carnival in this specific spot and it will be impossible to sleep. I chose this hotel as a basis to visit Andermatt, the claim of the owner that i should check in advance if there is an event that makes sleeping impossible (in a village!) is really ridiculous. Money back!

Good comfortable room, very clean and warm. Good location.

The front door of the building was locked after 9 am, and I had to use the back exit.

Pros:

A really lovely hotel. It’s was easy to reach from the motorway and there is ample parking. Our room was very large and comfortable. At breakfast we were offered a large selection of dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
