Room has not been updated in a while, fan in the bathroom was rubbing against the cover, heaters sound like they were going to explode, there was an rv that was parked right outside of our room that had a heater that woke me up multiple times in the night and tvs were poorly placed.

how the room door would always slam shut if you didn't have a hold of it
Breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food being offered. The room was clean.
The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was fantastic!
The bathroom door was awkward (room 305) and it was difficult to get and out.

The location was located in a decent area.
The desk clerk was rude and refused to help me figure out my Wyndham points. The gentlemen when I checked in on Friday were pleasant and polite. The lady the next morning was rude and treated me like I was a bother. I was not happy with that so I am glad i get thew opportunity to give feedback on this.
The Wyndham points were was too high for a place like that to be used. 30,000 for a free night when other hotels have lower points system and are more cleaner and up dated. I will not be staying at that particular hoptelagain.
The breakfast had very little to order with almost the same menu every day and the quality of the products other than the packed food (like yogurt or jams) were not good enough to be considered yummy.

This hotel is in need of updating. The coffee machine in room leaked when brewing a cup of coffee.
Tub leaked, pool area was showing age, hot tub jets were barely working, mirror in washroom in pool area looked awful. Overall this hotel needs a refresh. Im not sure I'd stay here again if heading to Hinton.
