La decoración
El baño y las toallas
Personnel sympathique et toujours disponible. Chambre au coeur d'un jardin très agréable. Localisation à 10 minutes de la plage.
Frigidaire à l'inétrieur de la chambre HS
Es un hotel con instalaciones antiguas y bastante deterioradas. La habitación y en especial el baño no estaba limpio. Muy poca orientación al cliente, adelantaron la hora del check out por una fumigación y no dieron ningún aviso previo, además no permitieron dejar mi equipaje hasta la hora de salida de mi vuelo que es lo que habitualmente hacen en todos los hoteles. No me ofrecieron ninguna opción, sencillamente que tenía que marchar con mi maleta
La ubicación. El cabecero de la cama.
Nos alojaron en una habitación en la planta baja que:
- el desagüe estaba lleno de moho. Estaba tapado con una tapa blanca, que luego entendimos que sería para que no saliesen bichos, pero la tapa hay que quitarla para ducharse (ver foto).
- la pared tiene sumideros pegados. No entendemos muy bien porqué pero suponemos que será por la humedad. El caso es que se ve raro y feo (Ver foto)
- la ventana daba a un patio interior donde solo habia aires acondicionados. (Ver foto). No entraba nada de luz y tampoco puedes abrir la cortina porque te ven todos los de las otras habitaciones.
- la ventana del baño, traslucida, da a la entrada del hotel, con lo cual se ve todo si estás en el baño.
- por la noche nos picaron mosquitos todas las noches. En un sitio con Zika y Dengue esto no es agradable. No puedes impedir que entrasen los mosquitos porque las ventanas no cerraban por completo y la puerta tiene encima unas lamas abiertas.
- consecuencia de estas lamas abiertas, se oye TODO. Con lo cual hay muchisimo ruido en la habitación.
- los chicos de recepción no son simpaticos. Tampoco hicieron nada malo, pero se les veia aburridos y desmotivados. Por ejemplo les dijimos que si nos daban alguna recomendacion/consejo de la ciudad, y dijeron que hacia calor y que nos echasemos crema.
- las toallas estaban muy usadas, al igual que la funda de las almohadas, con un color amarillento. (Ver foto adjunta)
- la cama, aunque grande, era muy muy dura, y las almohadas muy gruesas (como redondas) con lo cual te dolía todo el cuerpo y el cuello al despertar.
- No tenían ni gel ni champu... Que es algo que no veia desde hace tiempo en un hotel. Tuvimos que comprar.
- El wifi era lento. Para WhatsApp y poco mas.
Nos cobraron 67 euros la noche. Con lo cual el precio es muy elevado para la habitación ofrecida. En resumen: muy descontentos y no lo recomendamos.

Grazie alle persone delle pulizie che pulivano la camera tutti i giorni. L’unica nota positiva del nostro soggiorno.
La nostra stanza era al piano terra di un patio buio, senza alcuna luce naturale. Affacciava su un buco interno dove si trovano i motori dei condizionatori, che non ci facevano dormire la notte.
Il bagno è molto vecchio, come gli asciugamani. I rumori incessanti degli altri ospiti, delle campane, della strada, non ci hanno fatto dormire. Il letto non è comodo. Non c’è neppure un frigo in cui mettere l’acqua.
Quando ci siamo lamentate per il rumore e abbiamo chiesto una stanza almeno al primo piano, non ci è stata offerta alcuna scusa o tentativo di soluzione.
As far as I know there was no breakfast. But I did like the location because it is close to small stores and restaurants. The staff is great! Polite and helpful. I met the owner, Mrs. Marina, and enjoyed a conversation with her. The hotel is clean, the split unit kept my room cool, and I wasn't bothered by anyone.
I didn't like the shower ..too cramped and the shower head only sends the water straight down. Other than that ..all good for the price.

Poca cosa ne nombrar
Hotel Cazomalli was lovely! Besides the fact that it was adorably charming with an old world Mexico feel, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. If you like church bells, you hear the beautiful sounds of the cathedral bells. Also I like the classic town feeling where literally everything you need was in all the neighboring shops- food, shopping and of course Mezcalerias. You're also within walking distance to Templo Santo Domingo and a very nice Michelin Star restaurant! There was of a woman with her food cart shouting "Atole, churros calientitos, atole!" each morning as she moves up the block to sell her goods each morning, which is just part of the daily life of the town. It is only 5-7 minute walk from the ADO bus depot - which was SO convenient for us as we came traveling from Veracruz. The surrounding town was beautifully decorated because of the Guelaguetza festival (which happens in July). I LOVED that we could walk to so many restaurants, the Santo Domingo cathedral, the cultural museum, the Zocolo, and SO MANY shops, within minutes!! The staff helped to arrange trustworthy taxi service (for example when we traveled to Monte Alban 30 minutes away). There was only one reason why I didn't give it a perfect 10: The bathroom needs some basic updates. The bathroom amenities felt very outdated: old shower, and basic things that would have helped like a counter or shelf to hold toiletries and hooks to hold towels and clothes. The bed was very firm but I was still able to sleep. Nevertheless, it was a super fun trip and it truly had everything to do with the location and wonderful guest service of this hotel. I would most definitely book this hotel again!!
Bathroom was outdated with no hooks for towel and clothes, and no counter space for toiletries. Towels felt stiff (maybe they were hung dry) and the water controls were tricky to balance the warm water.
