J'étais très confortable dans cet hôtel qui est bien situé dans un quartier très animé. Vraiment, je le recommande! La chambre de bain était super, la douche aussi et il y avait de l'eau chaude. Super!

Well-priced hotel in Jalatlaco
Pros:

We worried that the location was a bit far away -- about a 15 minute walk to city center. But the Jalaltlaco neighborhood was a lovely surprise and the hotel was in the heart of it. It was one of the few that had a rooftop terrace, which had amazing views over the city. And the staff, especially Miguel, was helpful and fun to talk to. The vibe there is just right, too. Welcoming, home-like and very service-oriented, helping us arrange tours and get around.

Cons:

We were glad to be on the top floor with easy access to the rooftop terrace. But the room was never quite dark (one window looked out over a lit stairwell). It wasn't quite quiet enough in the early morning, because sound carried up the stairs. This might not be a problem in other rooms though.

Pros:

Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang.
Das Hotel hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir verlängert haben. Leider mussten wir dafür Zimmer wechseln. Das war aber gar kein Problem, denn das Personal hat unser Gepäck direkt ins neue Zimmer gebracht.

Great value for money. Would recommend!
Pros:

The location is excellent, the hotel is situated in one of the coolest areas of Oaxaca. The property itself is beautiful, featuring a lovely patio and a rooftop area to enjoy. The WiFi worked well, and the room amenities were good. Overall, it offers great value for the price.

Cons:

The check-in process was not entirely smooth. We arrived after the reception had closed, and although the staff had kindly agreed to wait for us, we experienced a slight delay getting in. We needed to call a few times before we were able to enter. It was not a major issue overall, but it may be something worth keeping in mind.

Definitely would stay again!
Pros:

Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, and wonderful rooftop terrace with great views. Charming old building and decor.

Cons:

The room quality is a bit variable. Our room was small, without outside windows, and a bit claustrophobic. But still very comfortable.

El hotel está situado en un barrio precioso,con un montón de restaurantes y bares alrededor. Es muy bonito,con un precioso patio interior con mesas decoradas y una terraza para llevarte tu cerveza y contemplar la vida mientras la disfrutas.La ubicación es inmejorable y el personal super amable. La habitación,aunque un poco anticuada,era preciosa y tanto la cama como las almohadas, comodísimas.

Cons:

Necesita un poco de actualización. Por ejemplo, unos enchufes al lado de las camas.La única forma de cargar algo era desenchufando la tele o el aire acondicionado y ambos se encontraban a bastante altura,en especial el del aire. Por otro lado la presión del agua es casi inexistente,pero eso no es culpa del hotel,es un problema generalizado. De todos modos, un poco de paciencia a la hora de la ducha y ya....estando de vacaciones no vale la pena estresarse por cosas así,sobre todo cuando el lugar y sus gentes son tan especiales

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans un quartier très joli. Le personnel sur place est très arrangeant. les lits sont confortables. j'vais peur d'être dérangé par le bruit mais tout le monde est respectueux du lieux et ça fonctionne bien.

Cons:

il n'y avait que 2 serviettes par chambre mais j'en ai demandé plus et on me les a donné tout de suite

A really nice place to stay in a great location.
Pros:

The Jalatlaco neighborhood is charming and and easy walk to everything. The hotel and its rooftop terrace are lovely and everyone there is very nice.

Cons:

My particular room was a little noisy since it was on the street on the first floor. I would definitely come back and would book a room upstairs.
