Pros:

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Cannery row.
The staff was very nice and welcoming, beds were comfortable and appreciated the refrigerator!

Cons:

Our room was on the fourth floor and the seagulls had a party on the roof, squaking all night. We realize the hotel has no responsibility but they were very active all night.
Also the shower handles are stripped, forgot to tell the staff.

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

The room was wonderful. Nice and cool, spacious, nice bathroom, very clean, and was one street over from cannery row so location was fantastic!

Cons:

The only downside would be no breakfast, and the elevator was a little wonky like maybe they need to fix the call button.

Pros:

We loved how the parking was so close to everything. We basically walked to most of all our activities. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We also had a cute little beach view which we enjoyed and weren’t expecting since it’s a few blocks away from the beach.

Management was very apologetic and compensated us for the inconvenience.
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable to begin with.

Cons:

The heater in the room broke at 1 in the morning horrible noise, horrible smell. We were moved to another room.
On the 2nd night, the heater in the 2nd room broke. We were provided portable heaters.

Let's just say, when I go back to Monterey, the Wave st. Inn will be my first choice for lodging.
Pros:

There was no breakfast, but the location was perfect. Within minutes you walk to Cannery Row. Tons of restaurants and cool shops. We also walked about four minutes from the hotel to a restaurant called, "Hulla", which I highly recommend.

Great location
Pros:

Great location with onsite paid parking. Check in was smooth and Carol was super lovely to deal with. Room was lovely and spacious.
