Great Hotel and staff in a fantastic location
Pros:

Stayed at Wave Street Inn for 4 nights to attend a conference in nearby Salinas. The hotel was great, very clean, large room, large bathroom and very quiet complex. The reception staff were very friendly and professional, free water each day and a welcome pack of snacks on check-in. I had a room on the 3rd floor facing the street which was great, had a nice view with good light in the morning. The room was cleaned every day and have no complaints at all, would definitely stay again..

Happy little honeymoon
Pros:

Visited for our honeymoon! The staff were so sweet and helpful. Upon arrival, they sent a bottle of wine up to our room. The hotel is on the free trolley line & one block off cannery row so the location is great! The room was clean, spacious, and inviting.

Cons:

The matress was very hard

posizione centrale, vicino a tanti ristoranti e negozi, parcheggio numeroso, stanza grande

Cons:

peccato la moquette in camera, non mi e' piaciuto che ci abbiamo addebitato il deposito senza avvisarci, me ne sono accorta in camera controllando i prezzi (con dollaro/euro pensavo di aver capito male)

Perfekter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

wow. Das mit Abstand günstigste Motel auf unserem Roadtrip hat uns geflashed.
Wir sind in die Tiefgarage rein. Keine 10 Schritte zur Rezeption. Gosh - war der Mitarbeiter freundlich. Hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war um 1p fertig. Er hat uns proaktiv auf unseren Wunsch nach late check-out angesprochen. Mitgedacht, bis wann wir den benötigen ("zurück vom Whalewatching"). Tips zu Restaurants, Parken. Es ging alles so unglaublich schnell. Zimmer riesig. Nur im 5-Sterne haus in Vegas hatten wir so viele USB-C Anschlüsse, magsafe ladestation. natürliche Belüftung vom Bad. Hier wären wir problemlos auch mehrere Tage geblieben.

Direkt gegenüber ist das Wave Street Cafe. Perfekt zum Frühstücken.
Egal ob man zum Pier öchte... oder Richtung Carmel / 17-mile-drive.... super easy zu erreichen.

Cons:

nix. absolut nichts.

Lovely stay by the water!
Pros:

John at the desk was wonderful as was the location. Easy to walk Cannery row, very quick drive to downtown, the wharf and Carmel. We enjoyed the view and second floor outside seating. Ate at 3 walkable delicious restaurants (Wave Street Cafe for breakfast, Sardine Factory and Paprika Cafe for dinner.)

Perfect location and friendly staff
Pros:

• Amazing location, very close to everything and highly walkable to town.
• Reasonably priced parking.
• Comfortable bed, great-smelling soap and shampoo, and super friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

• Thin walls and ceilings, so noise travels easily.
• The rooms and elevator look much older than in the photos
• The outdoor common seating area had some bird feathers and droppings. It wasn't too bad since there are a lot of birds around the area, but just something to note.
