Great stay, close to everything! Would come again!
Pros:

I love how the property is close to canary row with walking distance to the aquarium and no need to pay for parking outside of the hotel.

Cons:

The beds were not the comfiest, but everything else was awesome. A very comfortable stay.

Good location, nothing fancy
Pros:

We visited in January, a slow time. We arrived early and couldn’t get into our room (despite the occupancy rate obviously being low) but were told we could park.

Our room was on the 4th floor and had an adjoining bedroom with separate entry we hadn’t asked for and which was a bit disconcerting as the door between couldn’t be properly secured.

The room was basic but fine. The fixtures which were probably cute or even chic in their day are now tired.

This is really a motel. What upsells it is that they give you a welcome pack of nuts and oatmeal bars, and they have fire pits on the second floor where you can have a drink at night.

What would help more is to have coffee and water available in the lobby.

There was nothing wrong with our stay, and the location is very convenient to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. We would stay again although we would probably look at other options too.

It was a close, comfy and convenient stay. Will definitley stay here again our next time out.
Pros:

Welcoming and friendly staff at check in. It was great walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants on Cannary Row. Loved the firepits they have that are light every evening. Comfy Bed and Clean and modern bathroom.

Excellent
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. It gave traditional American motel vibes but with the luxury. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The fire pit was excellent and was a great place for us and friends to chill at the end of the night. Parking was great. We got a welcome snack bag upon arrival which was a lovely bonus after a long drive.

Cons:

Nothing. It was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Monterey.
