Worked perfectly as a place to stay for the night. Was in town for a concert and they offered a free shuttle to the concert which was unexpected, but a nice touch. Rooms spacious and clean, if a little older. Didn’t have breakfast.

The noodles is very delicious,and cikal's service is very good.服务员很热情，还送我们巧克力，不足的一点是食物有一点点闲，但还是很开心，希望在这里可以用餐愉快，入住也愉快。

Have really memorable family vacation here, all the staff was so helpfull. The front office staff was friendly and nice

Night & day difference between hotel front lobby area and the actual hotel rooms and very good breakfast/dinner. Checked into non-smoking room full of smoke smell. even the room corridor smelled of smoke. Got a feeling of a casino like smoke smell everywhere. AC was also not workng well and making loud noise. Maintenance staff came quickly and fixed it(clogged filter). Water didn’t drain well in bathroom sink and tub.
Hotel lobby and restaurant area was very nice. No smoke smell anywhere. They had live music at the restaurant during dinner and buffet breakfast was also quite good. very reasonable price for a good tasing food -better than other higher rated hotels I stayed before this stay.

Always very good hotel and will return in the future.
I had problems sleeping as I found the pillows to be too thick for me but will compensate for that next time.

Excellent service. The shuttle service was extremely convenient and helpful for us to travel to JIEXPO. The event we went to ended later than expected, and still they prioritized our comfort and safety and proceeded to pick us up after the event. Special shoutout to our driver, Mr. Feri for driving us back and forth safely and ensuring that we had a comfortable travel.

15 minutes from the city center, which is easily achieved using Grab taxis.
A very good and comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was also good.
My only complaint is the treadmill which was broken over all 2 weeks of my stay.
If you don't use the gym then no problem but I didn't like it.

Very unexpectantly good hotel, and will stay here again. Used the hotel to visit family.
Not business and not close to any specific tourist attractions but central to all places I needed like parks and malls.

I am staying here for the 4th time. The premises, room & services are maintained well. Comfortable & Hygienic stay. The Service of the restaurant hostess Ms.Cania Devi is very pleasant & attentive. Chef of the restaurant is very keen on guests needs in the buffer.

The carpet was dirty & damp, the ceiling was in the corner near the window and there was a leak, a black used mask was found under the mattress & some used hair tie rubbers were strewn across the carpet, the pillow still smelled of perfume on the right, the smell of drool on the left. I don't think the pillowcases have been replaced, the blankets & sheets also don't seem to have been replaced because there are dirty brown spots. Disgusting original, checked in on august, I checked out the next day, I couldn't stand the dirty room I was in.
