A really lovely place to stay
Pros:

I loved this hotel. I was so nice. Decorated really well. The room was lovely. Really clean and nice to be in. Really well presented, especially for a hotel of this price.The staff were friendly and kind. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Amazing location

Cons:

Just book it. It's lovely

A really good small hotel in great location.
Pros:

The size of the room was big and lots of space. Excellent storage and places to chill in the room.
Great location and not much noise.

Cons:

For the size of the room, bathroom was small. Also with a very high step into the shower/bath. The layout meant the bathroom was very wet after showers.

You could have a much better experience at other hotels with the same budget.
Pros:

Location: Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market; Close to Mini Marts, Cafés, grocery stores and restaurants.
Breakfast: Simple but okay. You get to choose 1 dish from 4 options as your next day’s breakfast.

Cons:

Lightings: Even with all the lights turned on, the room is still very dim after sunset.
Shower water: The water gets cold after 11:00 p.m. every day, so don’t expect a hot shower/bath at late night.
Bathroom window & ventilation : THIS IS THE MAJOR ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom, and the only “window” to the outside is so small you could call it a hole. There’s a glassed wall with curtain that connects the bathroom to the bedroom, and the upper part of the wall is hollow (as seen in the picture). So all the steam coming from the shower/bath goes to the bedroom - making the entire room very humid and uncomfortable.

Good value in a very good location.
Pros:

We loved the location for seeing the sights on foot. Then the peace and quiet of soundproof rooms and comfortable beds. Minh and Olivia were helpful and knowledgeable. We are glad we cove to stay here.

Cons:

The bathrooms are well worn, but everything functioned OK and good shower pressure.

Small hotel with nice staff
Pros:

Nice staff. We booked the room with a terrace, which was nice. A comfy bed and a very nice large terrace. Fab TV with Netflix etc.

Cons:

There are other hotels for the same £ with a gym and a pool.

Excellent location and very quiet. Bed could be way better.
Pros:

Excellent location, room was good enough size and clean. Value was good.

Cons:

They combined 2 single beds together to make a king/queen bed for me and sweet talked me into thinking they upgraded my bed. However, the 2 beds were not leveled when combined so you can't sleep in the middle of it.

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Frühstück war in Ordnung mit besonderer Ausnahme an den Tagen, an dem selbst gemachtes Pho angeboten wurde! Wirklich sehr gut. Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig.
