Lovely stay, welcoming staff, great location.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great location, and a very enjoyable stay

Cons:

I would have preferred more traditional/ opulent decoration in our room - it was a bit on the contemporary side. I would have loved a reading light by the bed.

Design led boutique hotel

Stunning design led boutique hotel, where every detail is thought through. Has a stunning garden and is close to the boat stop. The team were also incredible. Thank you so much for looking after us so well!

Lovely stay, helpful friendly staff and great location
Pros:

Staff were lovely and very helpful, the location was excellent down a quiet road, but with 10mins walk of Piazza Saint Marco.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom was very small. I’m assuming due to the age and size of the building, there was no lift, so we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of stairs.

An excellent quiet boutique hotel in a great location
Pros:

A really lovely boutique hotel, very quiet but in an ideal location, the staff were great and very helpful. Good sized room with very comfortable bed, very nice breakfasts.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe tea / coffee in the rooms.

We loved Venice but would explore other hotels next time
Pros:

The staff were lovely, breakfast was great and generally the hotel was very nice . Good central location

Cons:

Our only negative was the lack of storage in our room no drawers and limited wardrobe space meaning we had to leave a lot in our suitcase and get it off the top of the wardrobe every day which is not ideal for 6 nights!

Pros:

absolutely beyond gorgeous boutique inn. best location i can imagine. clean, brilliantly decorated. the breakfast is out of this world. this was my third stay at this inn!!

Arredamento che ci ha fatto sentire in una pregiata residenza veneziana, curato e disposto in modo funzionale ed accogliente, ogni angolo pensato per ospiti, veranda, lobby, tisaneria sempre disponibile, oltre a un ambiente living al piano 2 davvero piacevole e rilassante

Charming, small, family run hotel.
Pros:

Charming. Great location. Near San Marco and the Accademia bridge, but tucked out of the way on a quiet street.

Cons:

The breakfast area could be arranged a bit more comfortably. Tiny tables crammed into corners. Two at a table was a crowd.
