Pros:

Le style de l'hôtel
L'emplacement à la campagne

Cons:

Le bar de l'hôtel où les boissons étaient limitées et pas bien préparées ,
Le personnel du bar
Les chambres étaient très humides et sentaient l'humidité
Les plats au restaurant sous forme de buffet n'étaient pas renouvelés sauf sur demande.
Problème avec le coffre fort de la chambre personnel dispo mais pas qualifié

Relaxing resort with great pool, but poor food
Pros:

Great pool, very nice gardens, perfect location near the spiaggia dei turchi beach, large rooms with balcony, good bed and decent water pressure for the ceiling shower.

Cons:

The FOOD! Breakfast buffet or dinner are just the most tasteless business-type dishes, insipid ingredients, except a few danish. The coffee is awful too. Coming down to Puglia which has so much produce to offer and Italy with so many great cooks, it is THE big disappointment of that old fashioned but nice resorts

Baia dei Turchi: un tuffo nella meraviglia salentina
Pros:

Sicuramente il lido riservato del resort e il servizio spiaggia, in particolare l'attenzione e lla sicurezza che Andrea ha sempre mostrato nei riguardi di tutti. Siamo soddisfatti del servizio in generale dello staff di accoglienza della sala per la colazione e delle signore per la pulizia della camera.

Cons:

La camera che strutturalmente era buia e datata.

Pros:

I only liked the pool. And there is cart wheel to take your staff from the parking to the room and vice versa. Every night there is a singer so that is a plus

Cons:

The staff doesn't know English so the communication is been very difficult. The rooms are big but very dark.

Posizione e pulizia, fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile in tutti i reparti.

Cons:

La colazione. Consiglierei di proporre di meno, ma di curare maggiormente la qualità dei prodotti.

La propreté. Et uniquement cela.

Cons:

Le buffet est juste du foutage de tronches. Rien n’etait bon, pas même les boissons, café. Que du bas de gamme piège à touriste. Le personnel d'accueil vraiment désagréable ont sent qu’on les déranges ils devraient changer de métier. Et l'hôtel est vraiment cheap. On dirait qu’il est en décrépitude et aurait grand besoin d’un nouveau management ainsi qu’une renovation.
