Pros:

Disponibilité et efficacité du personnel et tout particulièrement à la réception de Lily qui mérite largement les 10 sur 10. Elle parle très bien le français et s'emploie à résoudre les moindres problèmes qu'on peut éventuels rencontrer notamment pour visiter Hanoï et sa région. Super séjour.

Hôtel calme et bien situé, confortable.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très agréable comme partout au Vietnam. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre sur l'arrière grande et très calme, ce qui est TRES important dans ce quartier

Cons:

L'isolation interne laisse passer les bruits de chambre et comme parfois les portes grincent ou ferment mal, on peut entendre du bruit. Mais rien de bien grave

Absolut tolle Mitarbeiter,gute Lage des Hotels
Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das super freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Hanoi werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!

Comfortable enough but bathrooms are not good enough
Pros:

The location was great. Right in the middle of the old town and close to plenty of local amenities.
Bed was very comfortable and staff were amazing. Happy to do anything to help including printing, early check in and storage of bags.

Cons:

The rooms are comfortable enough but the bathrooms are very dated and urgently in need of a refurb and a descale for the shower heads. Could not get a proper shower and I stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights.
Too many hairs that weren’t mine🤔

Pros:

Perfecte lokatie in the old town dichtbij alles. Ontbijt geweldig. Personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Er was veel vocht in de badkamer en er lekte water uit de badkuip.

Pros:

Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

Location is in the old part of town but here, it is a negative as you have to fight your way through it to get to see any of the sights. Better to be nearer Cathedral or Ho Chi Min Mausoleum and tour from there. Very cramped breakfast area. Needs rearranging to utilize space. Breakfast better for westerners than others in Vietnam. Grab taxis very cheap, fortunately.
