Pros:

The hotel receptionist, Dante had the most bubbly personality that I immediately felt comfortable from the first 30 seconds upon checking in. He speaks English well and was so friendly that we started laughing and exchanging stories. Since I was a solo traveller, I appreciated his hospitality a lot. He also went above and beyond and showed me around the town area when his shift ended.

Cons:

The TV was not working despite having to ask the remote for it but it's a non-issue for me as I was mostly out. No regrets on my room selection as it includes a balcony that's overlooking the town.

Amazing Receptionist.
Pros:

Spacious and very friendly staff specially to the receptionist during our check in time and Finn who assist my sister with my birthday celebration surprise. Location is very close to night market. Best to look around.

Cons:

The order of food. The selection of food limit us to one order either egg, French toast or soup only. I like egg and soup but didn't allowed me for the 2nd order so my mom gave her part.

Also we only have 1 pillow each. Eventhough they gave me 1 extra cause I like sleeping with pillow to cuddle so I requested it. My family wanted too but I told them thwy already have a hard time to find me one so just be it.

Pros:

The hotel is located right next to a mosque and caters to Muslim guests, so I was pleasantly surprised that they also provided a halal breakfast. The staff were incredibly attentive, even arranging halal lunch and dinner for me. They were enthusiastic and helpful. we had a wonderful stay.

* Khách sạn ở vị trí rất thuận tiện, gần chợ Đồng Xuân, chỉ cần đi bộ 5 phút là tới hồ Hoàn Kiếm, gần nhiều nhà hàng nữa
* Phòng sạch sẽ, ấm cúng
* Nhân viên rất tốt bụng và thân thiện. Bạn sẽ được nhân viên chỉ dẫn các điểm tham quan của thành phố rất cụ thể và chi tiết
* Tôi rất thích bữa sáng buffet ở đây, có cả các món gọi thêm trên thực đơn nữa. Tôi có thể thưởng thức các món ăn khác nhau.

Pros:

Heerlijk buffetje voor ontbijt. Je kon ook nog gerechten bestellen.
Super vriendelijk personeel. Konden helpen met alles, van geld wisselen tot transport boeken.

Cons:

We kozen via booking een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed, maar toen we aankwamen had het verblijf een kamer voor tweepersoonsbedden door gekregen. Werd wel onmiddellijk opgelost door ons een andere kamer te geven.
Er scheen de hele nacht licht van de gang binnen in de kamer.

Pros:

Un hotel exceptional in inima centrului vechi . Dacă vrei să simiti authenticatea din Hanoi , vino aici . Personalul de la recepție un vis . Comunicare excepțională . Te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie . Sunt extraordinari de buni si de pregătiți sa te primeasca . Loc bun dacă ești cu o familie mai numeroasă . Aș reveni oricând la ei !
