Comfortable enough but bathrooms are not good enough
Pros:

The location was great. Right in the middle of the old town and close to plenty of local amenities.
Bed was very comfortable and staff were amazing. Happy to do anything to help including printing, early check in and storage of bags.

Cons:

The rooms are comfortable enough but the bathrooms are very dated and urgently in need of a refurb and a descale for the shower heads. Could not get a proper shower and I stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights.
Too many hairs that weren’t mine🤔

Perfecte lokatie in the old town dichtbij alles. Ontbijt geweldig. Personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam

Er was veel vocht in de badkamer en er lekte water uit de badkuip.

Great place
Pros:

Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

Location is in the old part of town but here, it is a negative as you have to fight your way through it to get to see any of the sights. Better to be nearer Cathedral or Ho Chi Min Mausoleum and tour from there. Very cramped breakfast area. Needs rearranging to utilize space. Breakfast better for westerners than others in Vietnam. Grab taxis very cheap, fortunately.

Good hotel for the price and location
Pros:

-amazing location
-such friendly and amazing staff especially Jane (and the night shift young man whose name I forgot)
-good value
-easy to use and reasonably priced taxi service to and from airport provided by hotel
-friendly communication prior to booking via WhatsApp

Cons:

-cleaned everyday with new towels etc but all rooms clearly needed a DEEP scrub especially the bathrooms. This made the stay slightly uncomfortable for us.
-no shower curtain in 1 of the rooms (booked 2 room) which means the bathroom would flood any time a shower was needed. The other rooms shower was therefore always in use
