Pros:

Un hotel exceptional in inima centrului vechi . Dacă vrei să simiti authenticatea din Hanoi , vino aici . Personalul de la recepție un vis . Comunicare excepțională . Te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie . Sunt extraordinari de buni si de pregătiți sa te primeasca . Loc bun dacă ești cu o familie mai numeroasă . Aș reveni oricând la ei !

Pros:

Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam, de kamer was groot en schoon, het ontbijt was prima en ze hielpen ons met het dragen van al onze koffers 🧳 naar onze kamer. We hebben onze koffer na het uitchecken ook bij hen achtergelaten omdat we op een excursie naar Anthoer gingen. Ze waren echt geweldig 🤩

Great location and friendly staff, but the older rooms and AC issues could use some improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is a bit old, but overall it was still fine and everything worked. Chan and the other staff were really helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The location is great and very walkable, and the breakfast was decent too.

Cons:

We booked four rooms, but unfortunately, the AC in three of the rooms wasn't getting cold, so we had to ask for fans.

Từ lúc tư vấn đến khi phục vụ đều rất chu đáo, luôn giữ thái độ vui vẻ và niềm nở. Cách giao tiếp nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự khiến mình cảm thấy rất thoải mái. The location in the old town, the receptionists, and the porter.

Cons:

It's not a negative, the only thing to get used to is, the air conditioning is set to 18 degrees, you can't go below that, I think most hotels set this range here, so it takes a night or 2 to get used to, especially if you are staying more than 2 nights it will be ok for most.

Disponibilité et efficacité du personnel et tout particulièrement à la réception de Lily qui mérite largement les 10 sur 10. Elle parle très bien le français et s'emploie à résoudre les moindres problèmes qu'on peut éventuels rencontrer notamment pour visiter Hanoï et sa région. Super séjour.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très agréable comme partout au Vietnam. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre sur l'arrière grande et très calme, ce qui est TRES important dans ce quartier

Cons:

L'isolation interne laisse passer les bruits de chambre et comme parfois les portes grincent ou ferment mal, on peut entendre du bruit. Mais rien de bien grave
