Alles passte gut für uns.
Pros:

Wir besuchten Freunde und haben dort immer gefrühstückt. Die Übernachtung in der Suite war für uns 3 perfekt, auch nah mit den Öffis zu den Freunden.
Insbesondere die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität der Einrichtung hat überzeugt. Wir kommen wieder !

Schade, dass die Leistung so nachgelassen hat!

Lage, sehr nah zur U-Bahn
Kleine Küche mit allem notwendigen
Check In problemlos
Hatten erst ein sehr lautes Zimmer was nach kurzem Telefonat direkt in ein ruhiges Zimmer geändert wurde!!!

Cons:

Viele kleine nicht reparierte Dinge..
Undichter Brauseschlauch,
Wasserablauf Handwaschbecken unzureichend,
Lüftung Bad funktionierte nicht,
Rückseite Bett war nicht mehr mit dem Korpus verbunden,
Kopfkissen hatte kaum noch Inhalt,
Oberflächlich war das Zimmer gereinigt

Zwckmäßig und teuer
Pros:

Für uns gute Ausgangslage. Wir konnten unser Ziel in Tempelhof gut erreichen.
Unterkunft zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung stimmt nach unserer Meinung nicht. Zimmer wird erst nach 1 Woche gereinigt. Decke und ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen wären wünschenswert.
Parkplatzsituation katastrophal.
